That I didn't stay more than 1 day..

The beds were so comfortable we did not want to get up.
Indoor pool was not heated and it was 105 degrees outside. Kids were very disappointed.

The overhead light in the bathroom was out and the hair conditioner was empty. When we brought this to their attention in the morning, both were taken care of when we returned. That doesn't always happen at other hotels.

Staff were incredible. There was an issue with the booking, and they went out of their way to get it rewolved. Room was beyond expectations and just blew my mind.

The entire hotel was clean, given the remodeling that was going around in the lobby area.
Am staff was a bit rude and short when being asked for bf or any other help.

The electricity went out in the area which prevented me from charging my phone, laptop and accessing the Wi Fi. This made an impact on the ability to complete work and prepare to check out. I realize it was out of the hotel's control but this was a bit stressful.
