Clean hotel, relaxing beds, friendly staff.

COLD WATER, water was Luke warm when we got there. Next morning it was cold, wouldn’t heat at all. Told the front desk and thanked me for letting them know. Wasn’t able to shower. That’s why I gave this place a 5. Nice place not to have everything working as it should. Won’t stay here again.

Everything was amazing except the lightning in the bathroom

Free coffee and tea all day, complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean rooms, the staff is phenomenal very professional. There is a pool and lounge,We would recommend family and friends to stay here any day!

Upon arrival I was greeted and told absolutely no check in until 3pm because they were packed with no availability. I am ok with that because that is typical hotel policy. The delivery of the policy could have been better. I repeated it to her just in case something becomes available and she say no check in before 3pm. I arrived back about 15 to 20 minutes before 3pm to see a man being checked in. Still not a problem because it's policy. I check in and the room smelled of smoke. I report it and she says ok. spot stains on the beds. I ask to get someone to change them. She said she didn't have anyone to do it. I wanted to rest, so I said we would change them. She brings, sheets and pillow cases. W e start to strip the bed down and realize the stains were soaked through the comforter, and about 5 more layers. we unfold those sheets and they were stained badly as well. We strip the second bed and it was stained and the comforter was ripped. I went downstairs and showed her pictures. She showed them to someone and said I will more up. She did, but only sheets. We had to ask for the comforter. She had to hunt one down. We finally pieced together one bed and we slide around all night because nothing was fitting properly and we just can't make a bed as good as their staff can. I guess some kids were having a party or something, but there was banging and cursing going on next door. We were already tired from making beds, so I called down stairs. The receptionist told me they were having a party and she was on the other line, but she'd come up and handle it. An hour or 2 later they were still banging each other against the wall. I told the receptionist the next day and she said they were having a party. Clean the sheets and handle the guest and it's a pretty good place and location.

It was ok. Appreciate the fact that they still offer a breakfast.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good.

The pool area needs cleaned better. The first night there were dead bugs all over the ground. The second there was leaves everywhere. We requested clean towels and never got them.

The location was perfect. Near many restaurants and stores. Friendly service with a smile and lovely conversation. Clean, comfortable rooms. We would stay again.

The pancake maker was awesome! And the biscuits and gravy were amazing.

Well the room wasn't ready when we got there, but you guys more than made up for it by upgrading us to a suite for no extra charge!

The location was great close to Restaurant’s, Gas Stations and It was directly across from Walmart which was a huge plus.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and didn't mind finding me another room.

I had to switch rooms three times because the beds were not freshly made and has hair in them as if someone folded the sheets back after they got out the bed room

I stayed there with my 3 children and they crushed a few chips on the ground so they charged my card an EXTRA $50 4 Hours after I left for a "cleaning" fee although I already had given them $75 when I first checked in for that sort of thing....

The bed was very comfortable.

The door to the room did not close unless you lifted it it up. We were in a handicap accessible room, if my partner was in his wheel chair there is no way he could have gotten the door closed. I didn't realize you had to lift it up so it basically stayed open all night. I'm glad I new I was in a safe place.

This was a nice place to stay as a stop on a longer road trip. It is right off the interstate, so it was easy to hop off and then continue on our journey. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. If you're there to shop, there seems to be a lot to do in the area, but it's also just a good place to "crash."

Breakfast left a bit to be desired. There were hot and cold items, although the eggs were not great. The dining room is quite small so if you're there during "rush hour" it might be hard to find a place to sit.
