Very nice lady at the reception Nice clean an neat place

First experience was very poor due to a staff member (the foreign man) at the reception who appeared to be rude and had my reservation cancelled.

The bed was very comfortable

My original room was blowing warm air. The receptionist changed my room immediately. She was very nice and helpful. The shower had this greasy film feeling on floor. I clean before i use anyway but i felt that prior to cleaning it myself.

Checking in was smooth , friendly staff. The lady who checked me in made it a quick and easy process. I was granted a room after searching in the area late and last minute so I appreciated that was extremely tired and it relieved me.

There was literally an infestation of roaches in my room, by the door is when I first noticed and the bathroom had about 5 ! I thought of complaining but it was so late in the morning I didn’t even bother. I decided to just leave early in the morning around 4 so I do feel it was a waste of my money but I was so tired and disgusted I decided to just leave.

The location was great…retail stores, restaurants and the interstate are very close

An inside heated pool would be awesome 🙂
