Room looked good and good location.

Booking and getting in was an absolute nightmare. They canceled our original reservation leaving us with no room for the night with a 2 year old on the streets for hours trying to figure it out and still was turned away. We had to pay double for 2 nights then what I was going to pay for 3. Absolutely horrible experience.

Edgewater pool and access to the beach was great. The onsight restaurant was amazing.

The unit we stayed in was not very clean, it was outdated and the beds were the most uncomfortable my husband and I have ever slept in. We might as well have slept on the hard floor. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors had locks on them, the balcony door did not lock and the entry door had no interior lock. For a family traveling with small children it is very unsafe.

Booked and paid for a stand-alone townhome, then received a 12th floor condo when we arrived. Had to constantly deal with two small children and a 12th floor balcony. Did not come prepared to haul items up and down to 12th floor elevator, but rather a ground level townhouse. No explanation was given for the difference and we were still charged for the townhouse which was far more expensive. Most likely will never stay at Edgewater again, and will definitely never use this booking company again. Completely ruined our much needed getaway. Also, in the condo we were given everything was dated. Furniture was one completely out. Beds were broken. No extra linens. Dirty. Very uncomfortable.. The only thing good was the view.

The amenitites were stunning and well managed. The pool, splash pad, Oceans restaurant, and security at the beach were a dream.

We loved the amenities and the staff was absolutely amazing especially Sandy at panhandle getaways but we were disappointed in the condo itself. Very small, not very clean, and there was only 1 fork on the entire condo.

Location, rooms and facilities are wonderful.

Not enough elevators. Also elevators were down a lot! No air in stairways!
