The location was perfect. I loved that there was a small bar and grill to get lunch at the pool. Beds were comfortable. The store in the lobby had a good variety of items.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a place to get ice. Anywhere… no ice machine on any floor. And our room was 1202 and right at the elevator. It is very loud in our room all night with people using the elevator

Minimal issues but other than that everything was perfect.

Bunk bed falling apart, shower door handel falling off, patio door lock broken, cleaning fee is a joke condo wasn't clean for the price of the fee and it was still dirty and parking fee was different than email price said and different from total of everything Also was told not to check in until 4pm but at 10am when we was leaving ppl was checking in already

No shuttles or accessible transportation for quick trip to grocery nearby to set up for the week.

They really beefed it up when you read up about it, don’t be fooled I will never stay at this place again. We had two different rooms with 13 people total and neither one of our families were happy with the rooms, we planned on cooking on the grill that is promised with each room but our friends had no grill on their deck and our grill did not work, Our room had a stinky smell and the dishwasher didn’t work, and the hot water in the kitchen sink didn’t work and our friends stove did not work properly, you can’t use the fire pit they have down by the pool, because they always have it closed, The elevators are slower than a turtle. The worst part of our stay was when me and my girlfriend were in the elevator together we stepped inside with a maintenance man, he was tall and lanky and had on green army pants, I don’t know his name, but he made a rude inappropriate sexual comment to my girlfriend, She is deaf in one ear and did not hear everything he said, but I sure did and it was so inappropriate you didn’t want to repeat it. We were both flabbergasted and could not believe what we heard. I never called down for any maintenance people to help with anything in the room, because I did not want them in our room and I did not trust them. We go back to PCB every year but I guarantee I will never go back to this sterling breeze resort ever again. We all just tried to make the best of it because we did not want to ruin our vacation 😖😤😡
