Distance to the beach and the lady who helped us check in was super nice.

Wifi never connected on the opposite side of the office for me on my phone from my room. Worked on the deck above the office.

That there was no dead bolt on the doors.

No breakfast but breakfast place right next door.

Some snobs reviews gave it a bad rating it did not deserve .

the plan was to stay here for a night until our room became available for our vacation. upon arrival we we’re given the wrong keys to the room so we walked into a room that wasn’t ours. the stove Handel was poorly glued on with wood filler and screws. the beds and linen has stains on them. the location was close to the boardwalk but in a more urban setting around liquor stores and low income hotels. as a traveler we wouldn’t have known the layout of the demographic area. being it’s so close to the boardwalk you wouldn’t think it would be dirty or uninviting. the room was $200 for the night, Sunday into Monday. if I would have known what I was getting I would have just spent the extra $100-$200 to get a room that didn’t make my family feel as if we left needing to sanitize.

This place is disgusting! Filthy! Zero staff! Wall in the bathroom falling apart. Room smelled like weed. There wasn't even a WASTEBASKET to throw trash away in our room. Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed.
