the room had a smell to it. I told the front staff, he said he would be up in a few minutes to spray it. he called me approximately 4 hours later to do it. I told him never mind we were going to bed

The bathroom door slides but does not actually close. This isnt home2suites problem, but I have to vent about people. The noise from our upstairs neighbors could only be described as pro wrestlers, throwing each other into the floor and dropping their weights after what must have been a great work out. I honestly am not sure how people manage to be that loud, but bless their real neighbors.

This location needs attention—1st room had big gouge out of footrest and a large scratch/hole on the wall. Second location…we were moved bc tv didn’t work in first room…had ribbed seams in the couch cushions.

Need cotton sheets microfiber/bamboo are very hot in the summer The window shade in our room was broken
