Unexpected hold on card for possible damages. Not told until registration. Since it's not publicly stated it may be requested subjectively for certain types of guests. Hold was in place 4-5 days after departure per manager.

The room was clean and slightly spacious The staff was friendly as soon as I walked in and remained that way throughout the whole time. Breakfast was tasty Milan was extremely nice each time.

The floor was sticky even though I saw it get mopped. There was a woman practically in her underwear getting breakfast. I'm not sure anything could be done about that but it's only those

The amenities listed are supposed to make it a better stay, however, that wasn't the case.

The breakfast was very lackluster. As far as healthy options, I was unimpressed. With the boiler plate, options of scrambled eggs and greasy sausage that was routinely served. There was typical long lines and not enought food for the entire time. The juices were Constantly watery and the staff really could assist due to a language barrier. More importantly housekeeping was bad. We consistently did not get enough tiles or cleaning for our room. Requested daily light toucwe're not always Mand and the beds were very poorly. Done each day when they were.

They had ran out of Items and had to wait 15 minutes standing for it.

there were no English muffins or muffins that I usually eat.

The smell in the corridors is quite unpleasant, it smells like a cheap motel. And it's not that it's cheap.

The food was of very poor quality. Breakfast food was okay. Dinner food was just down right disgusting.

There was no guides in the room to operate the TV, the battery in the remote dead. Living room furniture is really showing signs of wear and not comfortable.

We stayed as a college student group touring DC. This was an affordable way for students to stay in groups together, but still have plenty of space. DC is very accessible via a drive to the New Carrollton Metro station and/or driving into the city.
