We had complications, I did appreciate the front desk allowing us to stay even though there were technically no rooms available. The breakfast was good they had a great variety and a decent amount laid out. Coffee was very good.
We booked this hotel for a softball tournament, I called at 8 pm to make sure we could still get checked and KEEP our room around 10:30, the attendant said yes they do not start giving away reservations until 2 am (or 3 I can't remember exactly); we got to the hotel and apparently my reservation was cancelled at 2:30 pm. I did not look at my email as we were rushing around, I just went off of what the attendant told me, my reservation would be available to us until early morning. There were no hotels within 30 miles that had rooms for us. After expressing my disappointment the attendant allowed us to stay in an out of order room, which I appreciate very much, but being an out of order room it was not a comfortable stay. The AC leaked (reason for the out of order) which at first didn't smell too bad, but the second day we got there after playing the smell was horrible, the toilet was dirty, the shower did not drain so one of us had to shower standing in the other persons filth, and part of the bathroom wall was coming off. I do understand that this was an out of order room, it was just a bad overall experience on both the hotel for confirming I would have a room when I didn't and booking for last minute cancelling my room leaving us to have to stay in this awful out of service room. I hope you guys get that room up and running, but I and future guests would appreciate if your attendants would look at the reservation at the time of a call to 100% be able to verify a reservation over the phone.

Newer property. Our bed was very comfortable.
A/C turned off in the middle of the night. Other customers commented about this during checkout. Did turn back on after adjusting the thermostat again. Seems odd that this common problem is occurring in a very new property.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was also good and had a variety of options for our family.
The pool had a sign that said closed for reasons stated by the health department. The front desk staff seemed to be unaware of the pool even being closed. The beds were fairly comfortable; however our family of 5 needed to use the sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable— the springs could be felt through the mattress. So, we squeezed three people in a queen-sized bed instead.

It was next to a lot of food choices.
Our first room was still dirty when we checked in. Doritos shoved in drawers, the shower had pee stains and other peoples hair in it. The second room they gave us did not have a working AC unit or a functioning toilet. We went 4 days without a toilet and AC even after telling them it wasn’t working they said they were sending someone to fix it and never did. The pool was also closed the whole stay because of it being too dirty for people to swim in.

Seems like a relatively new hotel. Rooms and bathroom the area the breakfast was served were all nice and clean. The woman checking us in was very nice as well as the woman running the breakfast.
The heat didn’t work. We froze and the thermostat never rose beyond 69 degrees. At one point, I considered sleeping in the car as it might be warmer with heat. When I approached the person at the front desk the next morning to let him know it wasn’t working. He said “we know about the problem.” Then why rent me the room? I paid for a room that would be in working order. Instead I spent the coldest night of my life outside of a tent. This is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that management knew about the situation and allowed the room to be rented is outrageous. I was also witness to a front desk worker approaching a pregnant woman with a sick child in the lobby. She was mid conversation with a group of people when he interrupted the conversation by shoving a paper at her and saying one room is paid for and one room is declined. He should have excused himself politely when interrupting the conversation and then asked the woman to come to the desk. It was clearly embarrassing for her and flat out rude. Everyone was shocked by his behavior. Just not the way you treat people and expect to compete for customers who will be treated better and actually get what they pay for when staying at another hotel. Definitely not this one.

we were celebrating a Birthday and had gotten a suit, then they told us they didn’t have one. They ended up giving us two queens for the same price.

The property smelled, it was dirty!!! I am pretty sure they never mopped or vacuumed lobby floors once! the elevators were gross and had spit that was never cleaned! the rooms were cleaned but not well, and coffee maker had a layer of dust. I do not recommend this property ever!

Bed was very comfortable. Liked that this hotel uses Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. There seemed to be a light scent in the room circulation that was nice and calming. I don't know what it was but I liked it.
The little green light that stayed on all night on the thermostat was annoying, even covered with a wash cloth. Had the thermostat been on the wall where the bathroom door is it wouldn't have been as noticable. I did a quite sweep of the room as we were checking out and found someone else's mens underwear from a prior stay.

Clean. Staff was nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was nice and reasonably close to our venue.
Signage for the entrance was a little small and made it harder to find, but no major complaints.
