Very nice and clean hotel. The only problem was we had to wait a really long time for someone to come to the front desk to be checked in. Breakfast was great!

The freeway exit for the hotel was closed. Called the hotel to find out directions for an alternate route to the hotel but the person on the desk could not provide any directions. Through trial & error somehow found it The hotel was not full however we were given a room that had a shower with a drain that did not work and the water seeped into the whole bath area and to the suite area that was tiled. When we complained to the front desk they were already aware of the problem. Since they were already aware, why did they choose to rent out this room to us instead of a room without a drainage issue? This was not up to the standards we had been told we could expect from Holiday Express Suites.

There is a lovely restaurant close, rooms clean and the bed was comfortable. The room did have a strong antiseptic smell but that could be my only critique.

The property was dirty, the outside trash was overflowing, the entire hotel smelled extremely musty. The air conditioner did not work and was limited to 70 degrees. It is the absolute worst when hotels don’t let guests set the temperature to their preferred comfort level. Our air conditioner did not cool the room lower than 75 degrees which made the musty smell even worse. It just felt dirty and the breakfast is very meager.

We enjoy staying at this hotel. The only downside is the WiFi very slow otherwise everything is great.

The rooms were little. And paint was chipped throughout the facility. Carpet was stained throughout.

Everything was great

We stayed during some hot summer days. Room air conditioning was great but hallways and other common areas were stuffy and hot with low ceilings. Hot water ran out early at night. Staff was excellent.

Bathroom floor was uneven. Bathroom door would not close.

Elevators didn’t work, water leak in the lobby, not much available for breakfast.

The workers were great, but the elevator was broken. Other than that, everything was good.

The room and stay was great

When I got back to our room around 10:30pm. The hallway to my room smelled like gas, so when I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, they were not worried, then I ended up calling 911 to have them come out and check, come to find out they did smell gas as well! Then the gas company came with 4 different people to figure out the gas smell. They were in and out of my room, I was completely cooperative with them, I was up until 3 am couldn’t even have hot water to shower with. Not once did u get an apology or anything, and yet the 10 dollar incidental fee that that charge that the lady who checked us in said it didn’t go through is still pending in our bank account. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The stay was just ok. The rooms were fairly clean. The elevator was out of service for my entire stay. I had to haul heavy luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The hallways smelled of natural gas and the stairwell like stale cigarettes. There was a trail of dead ants entering the stairway from the ground floor. A big bag of trash was on the floor at the end of the hall from my room for 2 days. My room was descent but I would not stay here again.

Positives: Staff is friendly and room was clean. Negatives: Elevators were out of service. Shower curtain was missing, plug in tub wouldn't seal, refrigerator leaked, safe didn't work. Pool water was cloudy, bloody bandaid floating in the water. Wet towels left on pool deck. Definitely needed service. Spoke with staff. Very friendly and apologetic but said they could not compensate since room was prepaid through Hotels.com. Said 6 zeros must be entered to clear safe but this information was missing from instructions printed on safe. Did offer future discount if I booked directly with them next time. Said they would keep a note of what occurred.

Elevator was out and at least twice had to hold off on showers due to no hot water!

We visited hoping to stay at a quick and convenient location near our wedding. The elevator was broke and we were placed in a room on the fourth floor. While we understand that there is limited space, it was pretty frustrating when trying to get out in a timely manner, especially with luggage. Our room was clean, but all appliances were unplugged and it was impossible to move the entertainment stand away from the wall to plug in the microwave and fridge. We probably won’t book here again. When spending upwards of $225 for a single night, we were pretty disappointed with the overall stay/lack of accessibility.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was excellant. Elevator was broke, so stairs to get to room. Parking lot was a ways from hotel.

Great property, room was very nice, updated decor, large (had the suite) and clean. bathroom was spotless! Comfortable night staying here. Delightful breakfast. Would recommend to others.

The shower handle was broken and needed fixed. While the maintenance guy did come quickly to fix it, it didn’t actually get fixed so we had to have the handle in just the right spot in order to get hot water out of the shower. For what we paid and the condition of the hotel, I would not come back to this location.

The worst. Air conditioning was out. Manager told me they had no one coming to fix. Gave us another room. Elevators were broken! Also told there was no one coming to fix. Walked up flights of stairs to find the room we were given was occupied and dirty! Went back down to desk to inform and expressed concerns over safety handing out key access to others’ rooms. The manager gave us another room. I asked if this room was clean and ready. She promised it was. She told me it wasn’t a problem with their system or how they handled things. Went up flights of stairs. Same thing- next room was occupied!!! Went down again to talk to manager. Guess what.. “she was gone”. No apology. The worst hotel I’ve stayed. Would have left but all hotels in the area were booked. The next room we were given had a blind shade that was broken and wouldn’t pull down so don’t plan to get sleep. It was 90 degrees that day. No water for those standing in line for 45 minutes to get room. Clerk busy texting on her phone. You could smell gas in the hotel. While I was handling my issues, a family came down and expressed concerns about it as well. They were dismissed by the clerk and no gas leak check was alerted to fire dept. If you like chaos, frustration, lack of safety, poor customer service… this is the place for you! Enjoy!

Both elevators were out and we were on the 4th floor. Aircon was intermittent.

Great stay, after 4 nights breakfast was repeated without change of menu. Made the best of it. Overall nice plate to stay.

Very nice stay. Will stay there again when we’re in the area!

Cleaning

The shower had no water pressure, and the faucets we not even connected to the wall! Our room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t exactly clean! Toilet didn’t want to flush properly. The walls were cracked and only one elevator was working at the time! The indoor pool was also dingy looking
