The house was beautiful and spacious

The location of the house to the resort pool was only good thing.

There were not baking sheets, pans to fry in, 4 forks, 6 spoons, no bowls to mix stuff in, no strainer,no dishtowels. no hand towels for the bathrooms, Wifi sucked so did tv service, the beds are uncomfortable, and the neighbors that owned the house next to us played LOUD music all day till late in the night and left 4 dogs outside 2 diffnerent days and the barked ALL DAY. Property manager did get in contact and help with the wifi and brought frying pans on day 3 of our stay. After we went and bought all the stuff we needed.

the property was centrally Located and was close to Disney.

the property was dated, the game room was all damaged, the furniture in living room was over used. the pool was dirty and missing sign off the wall. this house is in need of repair and updating.

Clean bathroom and quantity of rooms

A lot of things! They charged us 56$ for pool heating and it never worked, the refrigerator was leaking water, the water of pool was cloudy, game room was in poor condition, most of games are incomplete, carpets looks very dirty, they have old policy papers still on the walls that doesn't match with new policy they send by email and that confused us, poor customer service, poor Wi Fi signal. Some stuff are broken (like some drawers in the kitchen and the place where you put the toilet paper in the bathroom) Also the door that communicate the pool area with a bathroom doesn't work

Wasn't aware of a daily trash pickup so got worried about trash and sent emails. Then read email after we leave and get home about a compactor on some streets. Did take a pic of trash when we left as it wasn't picked up yet and animals will get in it by night.

The house itself was awesome for my family of 7. The kids enjoyed the pool & game room.The beds were comfy as well. The upkeep of the home inside & outside is great.

The A/C did not work well in any of the upstair bedrooms. We had to go to target our 1st night there & purchase 5 fans to put in the rooms which we left the fans in the home for others to use. The # to contact anyone is not good because it has you on hold for an extended length of time & if you email the property it takes 2 days before you can get a response. You have to pay $227 extra for heat if you’re wanting to use the hot tub which I missed that part wherever it’s stated in the rules section & lastly the home was not ready when my family arrived for check in which is at 4pm. When we arrived to the home the cleaning crew was there attempting to clean the home after some other visitors that had just left the property on a late checkout but I was not informed by anyone before my arrival that we would not be able to get in the home until about 6pm. When we arrived to the home around 4:20pm the lady called her boss to inform them that we were there & ready for the home then they called me to say the people would need about 2 hours more to clean the home which was really aggravating beings that we had traveled 10 hours from Louisiana to get there🤷🏽‍♀️
