Room was okay since it did have a microwave and refrigerator. The AC was working okay too. Since this is in downtown Portland so it's parking was not good. When we came back to hotel in midnight there was no spot left so I called the owner of the hotel and the guy moved his car to give me the spot I guess parking isn't enough for all the rooms.

Mostly likely parking since it didn't have enough spaces for all the rooms. Some people were still smocking outside the room which was not okay at all.

Exceptional friendliness, cleanliness, and customer service.

They don’t have an ice machine or vending machine for snacks.

The location felt safe, and the room was bigger than some of the more expensive ones. The tram stops right in front of the inn.

The carpet didn't look clean and the floor was squeaky. There were signs of some dilapidation.

This is not an upscale property, but it is cleaner than one would expect for this kind of accomodation.
