beautiful hotel and I couldn’t say enough about the staff. The night staff gentleman helped us at 1 am to move us to a new room because the a/c wasn’t cooling properly. He did it in about 5 minutes from the time we called the desk. super efficient. Free parking in a large mostly empty parking structure which is unusual for Boston. Also very close to the train station.

restaurant service and lack of room service . had t to downstairs ti get my food , to find out that it had an ingredient that was not on the description. they said they needed another 20 min ti make it and asked if they can call my room so I can come get it because they don’t bring food to room . no one called and I went down after 30 min to find out that the order was not ready and seems ti have been forgotten. I cancelled the order and. didn’t eat dinner. for a Marriott hotel , I find it unusual to have no food or room service . I have been in other AC hotels and they bring room service. also heater in room was suddenly blowing cold air . I didn’t sleep well the first night . the next day I had someone come repair it and he couldn’t so I got an extra blanket

Modern layout of the room was very functional and convenient.

Fitness room was really good.

I really don't recommend the breakfast.
