Economical stay in a central location.very clean both in & out.Atmosphere supports all kinds of families and groups of all ages.

Everything outstanding.

The room was exactly as advertised. Clean and neat. Good size bathroom. Water pressure great. Room was quiet. Great outside area that is front of your room for sitting. It is enclosed, so no bugs!

Friendly family.

We didn't have breakfast there, but the location was was very nice and the owner was very helpful.

the property was exceptionally clean, which is HUGE when traveling. Owners were efficient and accommodating and the play area and pool were fantastic!

It’s really hard to dislike anything about the property. if I was forced to pick something, maybe the pillows cld have been more comfortable; but again this is digging.

This place is exactly what our grandchildren needed after a 4hr+ car ride.They were able to head right over to the fantastic play area to burn off some energy.The owner was pleasant even after our late arrival.Ours rooms were clean and sufficient .Their picnic tables worked out great for our take out dining and we finished up with smores by the fire pit after a fun day at Storyland ( only 10min away).

Staff was great, playground available to kids was amazing and had a wide variety for all ages. Pool was clean and there was a fire pit with plenty of seating. Close to road but still quiet, very close to story land. Easy to find. Rooms were VERY clean and each had a Roku available which was nice to have Disney for the kids.nice updated bathroom. Had a slight musty smell when we turned on the AC. That was our only complaint

There was honestly nothing wrong..

It is a family owned motel, and tjey did everything extra asked. Always available and helpful. Also, the children playground was amazing! They have tables outside and a firepit.

The kids loved the awesome playground and the pool. Rooms and grounds were clean. Chevk in was quick, owner very nice.

Our door was hard to open and close. It needs to be adjusted.

The room was spotless! All the amenities expected in a chain hotel were at the North Colony. The location was very convenient for all the sights we visited. Staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us find restaurants in the area.

The only problem we had was the sink was slow draining. It wasn’t a big deal for us so we waited til we left to mention it.

Really liked the staff and reasonable price.
