everything was clean and accessible. The rooms were clean and well stocked!

the breakfast was mediocre, but I’m happy they have the option for free breakfast!

The location to North Conway is good and it is isolated from the main road.

The complex itself is more like a motel. It is an older property and the building and the rooms show. It was clean. However, it is not a resort as I think of it. For the price would have liked to see a more modern upscale property. The walls and floors and ceilings are thin. We heard people walking around upstairs as well as the whole conversation in the room next door. There was a large snowstorm the day prior to our stay. The parking area was not fully plowed, with some spaces inaccessible. It was also confusing as to where to go at night when we were checking in. Signs for where to park, check in etc. would be helpful.

We have stayed at Fox Ridge a number of times. This was one of the best! The pool was a smidge cool but we still swam every day :) Our room was warm and cozy with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast selection was great. The staf was super helpful and very kind.

Your breakfast is to die for. We actually look forward to always having a different breakfast. We love everything about our stay. The staff is as always, amazing. Especially Pattie who checked us in. But, we also had some great laughs with the maintenance crew, at least the guy working on his white SUV. The food and service and views are always wonderful. That k you all again, for an exceptional great job at making out stay above a 5 star rating in our books

Staff were great location is great.

Beds were very uncomfortable, golf course falling apart, rooms extremely outdated. Breakfast was gross. I would not recommend. It is not a resort more like a motel 6 feel.

We love the location. This is our third or forth stay there.

They toilet seemed not properly secured to the floor and was wobbly when you sat on it. It is getting a bit dated and could use some updates.

The woman that checked us in was very nice and the room was clean.

The room was very dated. The hallway outside our room was dark because there were 6 lights out.. My husband and I counted. The hot tub didn't work. The outside lights were out too. Don't try and go to your car when the sun goes down with out a flashlight. The hallways just have an odd musty smell. Not a place I would return too.

my daughter loved the little road up! I liked that it wasn’t really all the far from anything. absolutely loved the fact that there was another room with 2 twin size beds in it!!

some of the stair cases should be changed to elevators. there should be a microwave in the rooms.

The continental breakfast was excellent very well served 👍

the property needs updating but it has everything you need if you plan on spending most of your time in and around North Conway.

The hotel itself and the rooms were clean. Love the view from the front of the hotel and the convenience of the location. Having the option of an indoor and outdoor pool is nice. Breakfast was delicious.

The parking is too far away, especially at night because it is fairly dark. The trek up the hill after a long day on the go is my least favorite part of going back to the hotel. With all of the land available it amazes me that there isn’t a closer place to park. The mini golf needs some major repairs/updates.
