Smiling , Friendly staff greeting when we arrived. Catered to our simple request . Clean & healthy smelling room with all essentials in room as one would expect but often not found. Attentive front desk and a reasonable breakfast.

Signage outside property made it difficult to locate entrance when first arriving.

Property was ok. Just an ordinary hotel nothing fancy but for sure not worth 300bucks a day

1. Staff was very rude and didnt even give complementary water bottles for such an expensive hotel 2. Breakfast area is too small to accomodate everyone. We never got to sit for the breakfast and had to carry it to our rooms. 3. No ventillation in the restroom. 4. Couch was very old and not clean.

Location, room size.

“One-bedroom Executive Suites” on the 2nd floor have a view of the rooftop air conditioning equipment and nothing else. Bathroom door didn’t close properly because of loose screws in the top hinge. Also didn’t like being charged the full price at the time of booking, which was almost a year in advance.

All associates were polite, personable and very helpful. Property was clean and or organized. My five year old granddaughter left behind her beloved pink stuff bunny and the General Manager of the property went out of her way to search the entire room and kept in touch with us until it was located (Another associate cleaning the room found it). They are sending the bunny to us and we are waiting for bunny’s arrival to hear all about her adventures.

Nothing we love it here!

Location was ideal. Easy commute from many local destinations. Included breakfast had a wide selection and was freshly made.

Sleeper chair/ love seat: mattress very uncomfortable and not able to be used. May work for a young child, but not comfortable for child over 5/teenager/adult. Would like to see this improved in future if counting as a sleeping option.

Decent Holiday Inn type vibe.

Arrived with my family at 3:30 and they said my room would be ready ‘within the hour’. Hotels charging $500+ per night and making guests wait in the lobby until after 4pm deserve a one star review. The young girls at the checkin were rude, zero social skills and the older white woman was running cover for both of them because they kept making everyone angry with their tone. Get the young kids off the front desk and have rooms ready prior to 4pm. Its stealing money from one night guests passing through who only have access to their room for 12-14 hours. This place cant even have the rooms ready by 4pm. Toilet was clogged when we got there and the ac kept turning up to 73 in the middle of the night. Small room without a good chair to sit in…just some funky hipster looking chair.

No outdoor pool

the cleaning of the room was not very good, when I reached I opened the sofa bed and it was very dirty underneath it literally no one cared to pull the sofa and clean under it! , then i found a spider 🕷️ in the wall ! and while i was sleeping i got bitten by gods knows what and i was itching my foot until i left the hotel and i had to take Claritin for it ,its really bad that this hotel doesn’t make sure that the rooms is ready to be used for the next guest in the best way possible , also the lady in the front desk gave charged me for the room without even telling me what is she charging me for when i aakes her she said its the security deposit and then when i checked the amount it was the 3 nights amount i was like what is this !! unfortunately the amount was blocked and i had to wait for it to be released by my bank !! also when I reached my room it wasn’t the room I booked for !!! i was like what is this ! we are 5 people so i went back and her cold reply was sorry we don’t have this kind of rooms available i was like what to you mean i booked it through booking.com you gave me a different room that doesn’t fit us ! and then one nice lady came and took the her place and fixed this problem thankfully..!
