Breakfasts were excellent! Other amenities, such as cookies, wine, other drinks were appreciated, as well. Nicole was very helpful and went above and beyond.

Air conditioning was set pretty low and since the thermostat was in the hall and unavailable to guests, that made it difficult. Thankfully, we were able to use one of the free parking spots and then walked everywhere, however, if we hadn't had one, it would have been difficult.

The inn was charming and impeccably clean. Breakfast, prepared and served by Nicole, was amazing every day! Location is perfect. In the historic district, close enough to all the major sights, walking tours etc, yet away enough ( a few blocks) to be quiet. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was amazing! We only had a 2 minute walk to a trolley stop which was wonderful for our plans.

Green Palm met my expectations in every way. Comfortable, easy access to historic Savannah and restaurants. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast cook was very good, and she is a wonderful person. Very pleasant and also a very good cook. Location was wonderful.

Breakfast was the only time we saw any staff person. There was only one temperature control for the whole building. Individual rooms could not adjust the temp. for their comfort. We were very cold sitting in the room during the evening. There was only one sitting chair in the room, so to watch tv or discuss plans, one of us had to either stand or sit on the bed (uncomfortable). Shower configuration with the side jets was terrible. Room is not a suite as advertised, but only a medium room with a medium bathroom. Sink was not not installed level and always had a puddle of water sitting in the basin. They advertise three parking spaces, but one of them is used for a sitting area, so no car can use it. Means only two spaces for four rooms. The two guestroom persons who have to park on the street have to pay between the hours or 8 AM and 8 PM. They should have reimbursed us for the parking. We will not suggest what others should do, however we will not use this B & B in the future.

Very comfortable stay in an excellent location. We were able to walk most places we wanted to visit. The breakfasts were fantastic, the best we had on our trip. Our room was spacious and well appointed.

We had a few issues with the TV and would have liked greater control over the AC, but these are minor points.

Great location, within walking distance of the entire historic area, with very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Very relaxing stay with a group of friends. We had reserved three of the four rooms, so the inn felt like our 'home'. Really enjoyed and relaxed in the common area and appreciated the available wine and snacks in the late afternoon. Two very good restaurant options within two blocks away.

Everything in the inn was perfect!

Breakfast was delicious and portions were generous. Loved the extras: homemade cookies, fruit, tea, coffee, and wine. Owner is super personable and approachable. House was exceptionally clean, thanks to a lady who has faithfully worked at the inn for several years. Location is great for exploring the historic district.

We wished we could regulate the temperature for our room. We were quite chilly while in there. However, the inn has so many positive features that they far outweigh this little issue. We also realize that we tend to be "cold-natured" and like for room temperature to be a little higher than most people probably choose. Also, there are plenty of warm covers for the bed and nice robes to enjoy!

Met several others traveling and sat around a lovely living room and visited for an hour. The whole house makes you feel you’ve stepped back in time and was really charming.

Breakfast was very nice and the location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the river.

There was a bunch of trash around the front of the building which really detracted from the curb appeal of the B&B. I realize it's the city, but nonetheless keeping trash picked up is a simple task.
