The staff is very nice , room was clean , pharmacy, stores , restaurants and everything was nearby.

Location to the football stadium was good.

Everything. We booked our stay in January 2022 via booking.com, arrived and told we cancelled our reservation. Booking.com verified nothing was cancelled. We had (2) king rooms reserved - after we were told “sorry we have no rooms after driving 3 hours”, what appeared to be the owner or manager “found” us 2 rooms - double beds, neither fit to be stayed in. We have multiple photos and will be making a claim with BBB. Booking.com states they reached out to the hotel with no reply.

I liked the bed. It was very comfortable.

Spider in tub. The room smelled like smoke.

The bed was comfortable, AC and TV worked.

The bathroom spigot was pulled 2 inches away from wall and bent. The overall appearance is one of a third world hotel: leaking AC units, bent and dented AC units, some with grill detached; leaking ACs left water everywhere on sidewalk; open wall sockets; one light stand doesn't work; interior and exterior walls need patching and repainting. Remote for TV had tape on back to keep batteries in; cover long lost. The scrambled eggs at breakfast bar tasted and smelled of chlorine. Arrived at 8:30 PM and door to lobby locked; handwritten sign said door locked, night manager to return in 10 minutes, actually i waited 15 minutes before door unlocked. Definitely not worth the rate paid.

The room was pretty clean.

The sales clerk and the owner wasn't professional at all. They were arguing and expressing frustration towards each other in front of the customers. The place and neighborhood was a dump.
