It smelled like sewage

Good value, room was spacious, had a microwave. Location was convenient and it was right next to a gas station.

Hard to sleep, there was a constant slow drip coming from inside the wall and it was loud.

They needed a coffee maker in the room.

DID NOT STAY HERE. PROPERTY MANAGER CANCELLED RESERVATION AND ISSUED REFUND IN FULL. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. I DID NOT LIKE THAT THEY ADVERTISTED A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROOM AND DID NOT HAVE ONE. THE DISABLED PARTY COULD NOT ACCESS THE BATHROOM DOOR DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE A STANDARD WHEELCHAIR. THE PARTY IS WHEELCHAIR BOUND. When I arrived at Red Roof Inn on May 23, 2023, they did not have a "disability access room" to accommodate my party as reserved. Specifically the bathroom door would not allow wheelchair access. We could not (and did not) stay there. The property manager apologized and cancelled the entire reservation (3001597294) and put this in writing via email: "The room's HA facilities were insufficient for the guest's needs, so we have cancelled the reservation at check-in and issued a full refund for the entire reservation." The problem is my refund has not been received from Booking.com. I paid $446.54 to book a disability access room and Red Roof Inn could not accommodate.

nothing, it’s a tavern in the parking lot, people get drunk, a drunk guy challenges me for a fight, when I was returning to my room after a family function. I could park near my room because of the crowded parking lot, it was like a hang out spot I didn’t feel safe. I ask the staff at check in if I would be safe there , he assured me at check I asked if I could just go somewhere else if I could just go elsewhere, he said I couldn’t cancel my stay. the same night is when I was challenged to a fight, I went in my room to use the phone in the room it didn’t work the room smelled like mildew and smoke, they also charged and adds 100$ deposit in case I smoke. I told him I don’t smoke. i still had to pay the deposit . that was the purpose of me getting a none smoking room, the floor in the room is a trip hazard, the floor has a loose board

Had no hot water for Tuesday and Wednesday. Microwave was not in the room. Had to go shower at a sports plex

Breakfast??? Where was that? Our daughter goes to State and this is 2 blocks from her so we will stay again. There was 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The extra roll was empty and in back of the holder. There were only 2 towels. We had 3 people staying (put 4 on request) There is no parking late at night. After the game we got back to the hotel and had to circle around and ended up parking in a non parking spot. There is a bar on sight and most were there for that.
