The room was very clean. It was quiet, and staff were courteous. The location was great as there is a Walmart, Aldi and a lot of eateries nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The room had a smell of feet when we walked in but the front desk clerk gave air freshener and offered to move use to another room

need covered outdoor areas. it rained the night we arrived and patio areas could not be used because of open roof terrace design

It was a very interesting experience for my kids, the night we check in there was a fired drill so we/all guest had to evacuate the property🤣. We was just there for my husband birthday , we actually live in Grovetown but wanted something diferente but ended up going home for the night my kids where super scared and never wanted to go back in the hotel 🏨

the room was not cleaned. there were dirty dishes in the sink, the bed was unmade and the bathroom had evidence from previous guest left behind. we had to ask for clean sheets and Lysol to clean ourselves. we also were unable to check in until after 6:00 thi king it was because the room was being cleaned. we expect some sort of partial refund. this was our second time staying here and our first experience was nothing like this. we travel frequently and this has definitely made us want to pick a different location next time we come to GA.

Our room did not match description on booking.com they blamed booking through 3rd party site as the reason we didn't get the room we thought we were getting. They moved us to another room that was closer to our needs. The front desk phoned our room twice about a noise complaint but my family was already in bed & the noise was disturbing us as well... They were quite rude to us about it & when we complained about the noise we were experiencing, we were told that it had already been reported & there wasn't anything they could do other than move rooms but since my kids were already asleep I opted not to move. Breakfast was nice & we enjoyed the full kitchen during our stay. Room & beds were comfy.

Thin walls/ floors, we could hear everything from the floor above us & surrounding rooms.

Bring your own pillow. Check the walls before leaning on them!

Screaming/loud people in the hallways, constant door slamming, late into the evening.

Great hotel! The staff was always so pleasant, the location was great (it was so easy to get to everywhere we were going - it's close to so many department stores and restaurants), and the room was comfortable and clean. Couldn't ask for more!

If I had to pick one thing that could be improved on, I'd say heating the pool. The pool was freezing. We were suited up, ready to use it, and realized how cold it was. It wouldn't deter me from staying here again, though. The pool area was pretty nice and relaxing in itself.

Everything thing about this hotel was perfect. Definitely will stay again when traveling their the area. Staff was friendly and very helpful!
