Parking lot

The room was very uncleaned, there was animal hair, there was a smell of smoking, although it says no smoking or pets in the room, the sofas were damp and there was a terrible smell, there was a very bad smell in the kitchen, there was also a bad smell from the refrigerator, the cleaner who came to clean before our arrival sprayed from the smell of smoking from the previous people, when we opened the door the smell was terrible, I didn’t even want to be in this room, the renovation of the room does not correspond to modern renovation, the price for such a room is overpriced, my family and I stayed for 7 nights, it was the most uncomfortable trip During the stay in the rooms it was written not to smoke, people were smoking above us and the smell came into our room, then I started telling them not to smoke, they did not react to this, the rugs in the room had a terrible smell, the light bulbs in some rooms did not work

The location was right on the beach.

Wow the road work out front of the property, the people power blasting the outside of the balcony. Dirty mist and debris were falling on us. The noise of the generator overpowered the ocean sounds. Due to work, the chairs and floor of the balcony need cleaning and the chair might need a paint job. A few things were damaged that we didn't do: spot on arm of couch, broken picture by dining table, hole in a wall at light switch in twin bed room, and air vent needed cleaning and primary bedroom toilet had a mold ring. Pool deck had plastic around it that restricted view of ocean.

The room was nice and clean and was in a good location. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed but the food.

Realjoy did not send us the door code when they said they would. We had to call them. Then when we are already there we find out there was only one parking space available when in the contract it said two would be available. We also had to print out a parking pass, again didn't find this out until after we arrived so on top of a long drive and getting settled we had to find a place to print a parking pass. They gave us the wrong beach gate access code and was only able to use the beach access because someone coming off the beach gave us the code. There is only one entrance to the beach from the condo. There was no handicap ramps, and the steps leading to the beach were very steep. Thankfullly we were able to make it down, but there was a couple there with two adult handicap kids that had had carry them and the wheel chair down these steep steps. The elevator was slow to get to the floor (@5-10 minutes) and had a bad habit of closing on people and even pinched my daughters fingers when she tried to hold the door open.

Room was awesome and updated. Right on the beach with great view of ocean and dolphins. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfy. Having a washer and dryer was great! Loved that this condo only had 8 floors so your not super high up. Parking area on site was great! You can park under the condo on ground level for covered parking or on the outside edge of condo for larger vehicles or vehicles with rooftop carriers like us. Pool and hot tub were small but nice and clean. We never saw or came across any staff but the condo owners we met were friendly. The reason I gave a 9 for the review was due to the wifi issue never being resolved and never having any wifi during the entire stay.

Only stair access to the beach. There was no ramp. Wifi would not work. Made 2 phone calls about the wifi but no one came to repair it.

I would have like to know some of the amenities available, such as pool, hot tub, etc..
