It was pretty easy once I got the code! It was clean and organized perfect for a short stay

The location is the just great! I’ve stayed here several times.

I stayed in unit 7 which I do like Except the noise from the unit above us was disturbing to say the least!! I was happy my dog was so tired from being outside so much that he only barked twice from hearing the noise. Would be nice if there was a notebook in the rooms with information on how to run the tv for example! I’m elderly and it was frustrating and maddening on just trying to watch a show.

the property was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave and plenty of dishes and utensils and pots and pans, The bedroom was large with it's own TV.

The power in the bedroom, the wifi and cable went out soon after we got there. We called Vacasa and was not helped. They tried to get us to trouble shoot the problem and fix it, but the places they told us to check were locked and/or nonexistent. We were told that someone would call us but nobody ever did. Just by luck the next morning my husband saw the cleaning people next door and told them what was going on and they checked things out and tried to help and also called the owner who then came over. The problem was never solved and we were moved to another unit, The Sandals Hot Tub Suite. It was very inconvenient to pack up and move, but the new place was comfortable and clean.

Convient to downtown & beaches

Shower stall was small and had black mold

Very strong wet dog odor. Smelled like cat urine in bathroom.

The property was close to stores, restaurants, and the beach.

The only thing was that the noise from other people renting the property was too disruptive all night.

The room was a great price

The fireplace had a duralog in it and we used it. The problem was that the fireplace did not have a flue and if there was there was no instructions other than "Please don't use wood". Because there was no flue the room filled with smoke and made for an unpleasant night.

Close to beach and restaurants

Problems with door code on arrival. Had to call support for assistance, but was resolved quickly.
