The only complaint that we would have, is that the apartment smelt of dogs.

I developed a couple of issues which the host sorted out promptly. Other than that, a decent stay in Peterborough close to amenities.

Operation of heating wasn't clear and one heater in the bedroom did not operate at all, on a particularly cold weekend.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and everything was there that we needed as described in the information . The beds were comfortable and fresh and there was plenty of room for the four of us (maybe an extra pillow would be good). The shower was hot!! The keyless access was great as there was no chance of losing keys. Secure gated parking too. Julie was very helpful when I needed to contact her. The location made it easy to get to and the traffic was not a problem in the area. Lovely ice-cream shop just up the road and great Chinese take away that delivered.

There was some noise from the parking area at the back as our windows were next to the access people(residents)talked outside while smoking. Although in the main this was not a problem in the early hours it was not welcome. I had asked for parking on booking as the information said free private parking available (Booking not necessary)and this was one of the main reasons for choosing KVM. The apartment was not the one I had seen when booking so there was limited availability. Julie was most helpful and I got 2 out of 3 nights and parked in a 'pay and display' up the road for the last night. The main lights were very bright in the main room and a side light/standard lamp may have been nice to soften the glare.
