Our room was good and very comfortable.

No ice bucket lid or liner. A couple surfaces were sticky. The elevator floor was very dirty on arrival and the hall carpet not very clean. We left for the day and room had not been touched and hallway and elevator were fithier. Noticed others were probably the same as asking for more towels also. But our room was nice and comfortable on arrival. Just appeared there was no help.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

The sink was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable.

The people working there treated us like family! The eating area was always clean and our breakfast was always hot with wonderful coffee!

They canceled my reservation the day I was to arrive saying they were double booked. Made no effort to find me a room elsewhere or compensate me in any way

this is the best holiday inn I have ever stayed at. I was impressed for it being in small town chanute. location was great and the place was kept clean. friendly staff that helped out with any issue. Greta breakfast as well! will stay here again when I go to visit my family

The breakfast is yummy! The Space is comfortable and inviting. The staff were friendly :-)

Everything! Very clean, excellent condition. beds were so comfortable! Staff was very kind and helpful! Nice pool! Parking for semi trucks a huge plus for me and my company!
