Our shower was dirty, the couch had gross stains on it, there was bad ceiling damage over the bed that wasn't pleasant to look at

Nice room and the indoor pool, fitness center, and basketball court was a added bonus for my children. Would most definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is modern and the rooms were clean.

Breakfast is basic. The hotel's standard guests have changed. We were in town for the NBA game and when arrived for check-in, the guest in the lobby looked like the unscrupulous guest that would stay in Motel 8. I had to stand in line for over 5 mins waiting for staff to come and check me in. When she finally arrived, she was not friendly. The staff member that checked us out was friendly and offered complimentary bottled water. Our room door looked as if someone was trying to break in with an object of some kind.

Everything was superb. We were able to check in early which allowed us to maximise our day, the room was huge and VERY comfortable. reception staff very polite and smiley and the breakfast was fab. Thank you!

Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean and well organized. I really appreciated the safety protocol that was in place at the hotel. Your key card was even required to access the our floor from the elevator. We felt very safe.

The price was a bit high for a retired couple, but the amenities were on par with what I would expect.

I love the fact that the room i rented had bunkbeds which was a big plus. And breakfast was a plus as well. Also don't let me forget about the inside pool WONDERFUL and clean.

The only thing that I didn't like was the price of the room. I don't know if it was because of spring break that the room was $240 for one night or if it's always that price. But overall it was nice.

it was clean and very modern, so beautiful

one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the indoor pool so the kids could swim, most indoor pools are heated however this one wasn’t, it was freezing 😬 so we were disappointed the teen swam for about 10 minutes but it was way too cold for our 1 year old.

Breakfast was good! Had a nice variety of options and the woman over breakfast was super sweet and helpful! The staff at the front desk were nice and inviting, also very helpful!

The room was nice everything was comfortable and clean except the floor. Our socks and feet were dirty, mostly from the front/sitting area and kitchen.
