The microwave worked for 1 day. The oven didnt work at all. I purchased food to cook for my family and I couldnt prepare it. It took forever to get an elevator.

The location and scenery was nice. The staff constantly cleaned the outside area like clock work. The site had security who constantly walked. The Tiki bar was also very nice and affordable with a wide range of drinks.

I can't say I had any deal breakers towards the future. My room was nice, but in the future, I think they should consider changing out the restroom rugs between guests to avoid guests experiencing damp rugs from previous visits/cleaning of the unit. Other than that, I can honestly say I plan to use Grand Panama much more in the future.

The view

Very little decor and furniture, floors were dirty, maintenance man came into condo during our stay for a sink and we never asked for any maintenance. Had a room of girls and that was very uncomfortable and could have waited. Not worth what we paid. No resort bracelets. We have stayed with Grand Panama several times and this was the worst by far.

I loved the location and the view.

We had difficulty using the televisions. We were unable to change the channels and actually had to log into our personal streaming account to watch television.

The living room couch,chair and rugs were dirty and not sanitized. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. In addition there was blood on what was supposed to be on a clean towel in the master bathroom. Totally disgusting because I used the towel before noticing the blood.

Washer machine needs repaired, mold smell wouldn't use

The room was right on the beach, it was clean and wonderfully decorated with beautiful views, close to everything, dining, shopping anything you might need.

The only thing was the shower pan is slippery, need a mat or some texture on the floor pan.
