Good location, clean, easy entry with code

Customer service pre check-in was not knowledgeable. Requested 2pm vs 4pm check-in, was denied. So asked if we could use the pool while we wait, told it was not part of the amenities. Er, it was, as there were instructions in the service manual. We wasted an afternoon in the heat looking for something to kill time..... Place was smaller than expected, would be a squeeze for 4 people. No tea or coffee provided, BYO.

the house was poorly heated! We were freezing and getting sick! Wi-Fi did not work in the house! There was no cell phone service there, and we sat without the Internet and TV on New Year’s Day! This is the worst trip of my life! due to the lack of Wi-Fi and problems with heating, my family and I had to leave a day earlier, no one returned the money or compensation for the inconvenience! simply terrible service! Absolutely no price/quality ratio! I don't recommend anyone to stay here! All the carpets in the house were dirty and stained. We wrote about all the faults, but didn’t want to do anything about it! money and New Year in the trash!

Good location and not as expensive as alternatives

Noisy heaters that did not keep us warm even with the extra blankets we brought. The MBR heater did not work at all on the last night causing another sleepless night!

The place is at a good location, close by grocery, restaurants, and massage (0.5-1mi) and to the Village (2mi). The unit I rented was in very good condition and equipped with everything I needed (I love to cook, so I just enjoyed the kitchen as an every-evning activity 😀). A trailhead, which goes around the town (7mi loop) with beautiful views to the peaks around, and which is connected to other (more challenging trails) starts at the edge of the property. There is an open pool (in the summer) and hot tob on the property. Fire place in the bedroom (fire wood on the patio).

The numbering system of the apartments is a bit confusing (took me half an hour to find mine). The bear-safe trash boxes seem to be always full (I was staying for a week and it caused some problems). Also not enough recycling possibilities.

The location is excellent, central to Mammoth. Loved that it was close to a walking trail. :) Very cozy and clean, this was our second visit...and will definately be back.

The bed was a bit firm for our preference. We had an unexpected maintenance done on the property, was a bit of an inconvenience....would have been fine to do if we had been previously notified, instead we had to wait, call for support, then schedule them to come do the work.

The bed felt like I slept on boxsprings stacked on top of each other. I’ve never slept on a bed so hard would’ve been better off sleeping on the floor
