Easy to find, lots of parking, and close to stuff to do

The room was clean and comfortable.

It was extremely loud and there were so many kids that you could not use the pool as they were throwing balls and such. Pool and hot tub. Then they were running up and down the halls playing on the elevator until after 11:00 at night the parents were all down at the wine bar. I called twice to try and have the staff remedy the problem Rocky never handled it. Finally at 11:20 pm I went upstairs to identify the problem after I found the room responsible I went to the front desk and retrieved a staff member and we went to the room and she asked them to be quite please. Soon after the loud people from the wine bar made it into the halls and by 12:00 am it was quite enough to get some sleep. There was a basket ball tournament in town and most of the player and parents were on the upper floors. I think that was a mistake. Plus I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have been hard to keep them off the elevators. Our room was across the hall from the landing. This went on from 9:00 to 11:30 pm

shower stall was slippery

I have stayed at this property many times for business and been thoroughly satisfied. However, this time may have been my last, your team has allowed a elderly person to live in your facility and “take over the lobby“ they use the TV remote nonstop at full volume. And monopolize the entire staff. The elderly person has family and or a caregiver who resides with them or checks in on them daily and they also monopolize the staff, the food service and the communal lobby area. Our room was loud with Neighbor noise until well after 1 AM. At this point I anticipate using a different facility when needing to stay in Walla Walla next for business. It’s unfortunate your facility has turned into an adult daycare and or assisted living facility. You will continue to lose business and or pleasure travelers.

Breakfast offerings were excellent.

Location and pet friendly. Quiet area. The breakfast was an added value.

The pillows.

The hotel is pretty new. The room we had was roomy and comfortable. The hotel was close to wineries, and downtown.

In this La Quinta hotel as well as others, the lighting could have been better. The breakfast was okay, but one day it was cold. I just had juice.
