Proximity to Truist Park

Women’s Lobby Restroom had no toilet paper and a clogged toilet

Location was prime! Room 919 had an exceptional view of Truist Park! My family really enjoyed it.

Not a whole lot...it's a great hotel!

Amazing location to the ballpark and food locations.

The room view was awesome and was the main focus for paying the higher nightly rate, however, the hotel itself as a whole was a letdown. Things that we enjoyed: valet parking, clean NEW room, spacious bathroom and foyer into room, VIEW, VIEW, VIEW, ease of walking to The Battery/Atlanta game.

Check-in: I couldn't understand the front desk with such a heavy middle eastern accent. Cable TV: the Atlanta baseball game Friday 4/7/23 was not viewable on our cable tv! WHAT?! Complimentary wine: thanks, but next time give us a wine opener or screw-top bottle. Service: We dined for breakfast Saturday morning at hotel restaurant downstairs; service was okay, but the kitchen was SLOW... we saw a family get up and leave after waiting for their meal for over 45mins. Amenities: we expected a cool lobby with a baseball themed bar or something... a little boring. Check-out: this was the worst! We were charged for valet, which it was very clear our package included complimentary valet. We were charged for a movie that we didn't order (it was "purchased" minutes before we checked out). The staff was unpleasant and didn't care about my concerns. They reluctantly removed the movie charge, after I insisted that they do so. This was a once in a lifetime family vacation for us, including my die hard 6 y/o Braves fan. We "enjoyed" it but was expecting exceptional service for such a hefty price tag.

Can’t beat the view of the stadium! The kids had a blast.

Valet was a bit expensive but I would expect nothing less. For $750 a night it should probably be a little cheaper. 😂😂
