Long wait no towel

Close to the location we were playing basketball.

Parking!! You should not allow people coming for an event to park in places over people actually paying to sleep there for the week. On Saturday night I spent 30-45 minutes driving around looking for a parking spot, people were parking in the fire zones. I went into the front desk and explained my frustration but was told that the event would be over soon. I said well that doesn’t help the fact I am wasting my gas in my car driving around waiting for a spot, security should be going around the parking lot and asking these cars not to take up 2 or more spots when parking. There was a ford explorer broken down with a sticker on the window that was there the entire 5 days I was there, that should have been towed. If I pay for a room, I want to park and enjoy my room, not drive around. That was my only complaint.

Everything was great. Even the breakfast ❤️😁🫶. It rained most of the time, but everything was fabulous.

Included breakfast, staff was nice.

No hot water

Issue after issue. Check in was 4 p.m. not ready until after 8 p.m.. no coffee maker, or requested crib in room. When crib finally delivered, no crib sheets. No linen for pull out bed. Restaurant took an hour to fulfill food order. Breakfast staff was rude to my children.

Spacious room with lots of towels and very complete kitchenette.

Pool/spa were closed, that was really a bummer.
