It was clear that air filters were not changed for a long time.

Front desk staff great as always. Tonight Jason was extremely courteous and hospitable. Lady who checked us in at 1am Sunday very kind as well.

Cleanliness and simple maintenance. Bedside table had a sticky substance all over table, clock radio, and phone. Click radio was stuck to bedside table. The tub drained very slow. I was standing in water above my ankles before I realized the issue. At first I thought the stopper was down but not the case.

I was very frustrated upon arrival, check in time was 3:00 and we got there at 4:15 and our room was still not ready. We didn’t get to check in to our room and get settled until 5:00. Also our room was switched because of staining on the pull out couch. The room did not accommodate us so I purchased another room. Pull out her was not comfortable at all.

I stayed here a year ago and it has gone downhill. The staff had friends hanging out. The bathroom was dirty and there was a rip in the couch. I walked across the floor with wet feet and they were dirty just walking across floor. I expect better for what I paid.
