This apartment was fantastic. It is described as a budget apartment but it exceeded everything we expected and was great value for money, spacious and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The hosts were also great and were always around to talk to if anything was needed. Situated within a private gated resort, the property is nestled between two very relaxed swimming pools and benefits from a private parking space right outside the door. Location was brilliant and it was very easy to get anywhere around Phoenix from the apartment. We had a great time!

Hot tubs at each pool. Room had everything we needed - good space. Host was available for support. Expectations clearly communicated.

Very clean, clear directions, great pools. Staff very informative, and helpful.

The pool facilities were clean and tidy.

Condition of the apartment was tired and in disrepair. Misleading advertising, Poor management, failure to resolve issues.

Pools were close, convenient parking, laundry right in the apartment.

Perfect location to everything. Short ride to Scottsdale and the city of Phoenix. Beautiful mountain view’s from the private balcony. Three pools to choose from!! Always able to speak with someone for any questions day or night.
