Room layout was good

Breakfast wasn't great

Convenient to airport. Comfortable room.

Restaurant was severely understaffed, and few restaurants nearby.

Clean, easy meal option at the bar.

No airport shuttle pick up and no apology. Sofa bed uncomfortable.

Staff had language barriers. And parking is very confusing with gates and in and out

Found two old coffee mugs in the microwave, trash on the top of the closet and carpet was dirty as it hasn't been sweep. Also, when we order food, it took almost one hour to wait for our orders when the cooker/worker were very slow and chatting.

The location was great. We needed to be near the airport and we really like Embassy Suites.  The managers reception is always a nice touch as is the breakfast.

 The window in the room leaked, but it was during a very fierce storm.

The restaurant was good. G Food & service was good. Value for money. The airport drop was nice.

Sour faced receptionists. No smile. The AC in the room was non functional. Very hot in the room. No windows either.

Ther are 2 reasons we stay at ES. The price and the great breakfast.

Friendly, efficient staff. Gave us a nice quiet room as requested. Comfy beds. Good breakfast options.

Not loving Hiltons. Always charged for parking, and amenities fee ($50)...which isn't returned for 3-5 days..it's like they are borrowing your money for 3-5 days. I don't mind leaving a credit card number for any charges we acquire during out stay but don't like being charged in advance.

My only complaint is that there was a stain on the bedroom floor and the bathroom door was off the track. The staff was super friendly. It was my third time staying with you and if ever in Denver again I will stay again. Thank you

Comfortable layover hotel close to the airport, quiet, well appointed rooms. The airport shuttle was very welcome. Also, they serve a fairly good breakfast. Nice bar.

The hotel was located near the airport.

The breakfast was not fresh, my room was never cleaned or provided with fresh linen, and the restaurant was limited.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor hot tub. We liked the spacious main entrance, with sittings and the bar and restaurant. the complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip in Colorado.

We liked everything. I didn’t give all the stars because of a couple of reasons: 1) front desk personnel and shuttle driver were kind of cold, like if they didn’t care. they were not bad, but definitely very cold. 2) Pool had no clean towels. I went at the front desk to ask for one, and very coldly the lady told me she will have someone bring them there. I knew right away this would not happened. After 45 minutes, still no clean towels. 3) we reserved the shuttle for 9:30, but it arrived at 9:40. I usually wouldn’t care about this delay, but I thought that for an hotel outside the airport, the punctuality of the shuttle is important.

Lovely suite with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with omelettes cooked to order. Happy hour with free drinks was great apart from very slow food service. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

The food we ordered during happy hour took over an hour to arrive. There was only one member of staff serving and seemed only to be one another preparing the meals. Also before our stay I asked three times for details of the free shuttle from the airport but heard nothing back. (Go to west Side, door 512, island 3, shuttles every half hour at 15 and 45 when we used them)

was told on arrival there were no rooms and they would not honor our reservation. they charged me anyway and refuse to refund.
