The property was beautiful and welcoming.

The only down was the wifi connection, at times it was good, then other times no reception at all. It didn't ruin our stay though.

There were only 3 things I liked about this place. One, it was a gated location with a guard, two it was spacious and the outdoor balcony space was nice.

I didn't like that there wasn't an elevator and we were on the third floor. My aunt had knee surgery, and it was difficult for her to go up and down the stairs. I didn't like that the place needed plenty of upgrades that the renter claimed it had gotten. One of the drawers in the kitchen was broken, paint was peeling off the kitchen cabniets, when I opened the blinds in the master bedroom a blind litteraly kept fallen off. The bathrooms were nasty. There was mold in the showers, and I found a bandage wrapper inside the masters tub. It just made me think that if the bathrooms were halfway cleaned, what else wasn't cleaned properly.

It was very quiet and peaceful and not too far from Universal Studios.

No elevators, walking up stairs with bags is aggravating.

Spacious room with all amenities Enjoyed the pool and hot tubs

I was extremely satisfied however maybe elevators to second and third floors could be installed

Size of the Suite and the facilities.

Carrying luggage and children up 3 flights of stairs with no assistance. No garbage receptacle had to carry it up and down 3 flights of stairs. Hours of the restaurant and store were very limited.
