Our rooms were spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The woman working the afternoon of our check in was AMAZING! She was so busy (there were literally so many people checking in and some were kind of rude to her), working alone, and was still so polite, professional, friendly, and thorough! But still speedy. We had our room keys, enrolled in honors, had everything explained to us, handed our waters, and were up into in less than 5 minutes.

they did not have a ground floor room at we requested...it was way over priced....barking dogs and noisy neighbors

Beautiful from the moment we walked in the door! Everyone was so accommodating and very helpful 😍 We were able to check in early, we arrived in a snowstorm and thankfully we were able to stay warm and cozy and safe! The room was wonderful and the beds were soooo comfortable!😊. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Sioux Falls 🥰

The beds were very comfortable. It was a beautiful room, and very quiet.
Breakfast was excellent. We had the most delicious omelettes, too.
I can't think of anything we didn't like. It was a great experience.
