This place was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. the beds looked like they haven't had their sheets changed, little to no toilet paper, no iron or ironing board, 1 towel and 2 hand towels (no wash rags), no trash can, no light cover on light, bed skirt was tucked under mattress, soap scum on the shower walls, head board coming apart, I could just go on and on. It was awful!!

Not clean checked in thursday and checked out Sunday. Never saw a maid or maintenance person. Had to go to get towels and toilet paper. No one ever came to room. Toilet seat was broken. No breakfast like ad said. They said waffle iron was broken.

Nothing

Absolutely nothing. We arrived from a 700 mile drive from the Grand Canyon...tired and ready to check in on our Confirmed room - Double Queen bed for 3 adults. Upon arrival at the front desk, I was told by the male clerk "Sorry we are overlooked and we have no room for you." I asked what happened to my confirmed room, he said the computer must have booked me at the same time as another person and they were sold out. I asked what do I do now, he said I should ''call around'. This was on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 6pm. I was not happy. I will not be booking any more travel through Quality Inn.

staff was friendly

room was dirty.. bedding was dirty.. toilet seat was broken..

bedding is dirty, bathroom is very dirty, desks are full of dust. the dryer’s holder is dropping down. I can only use my own towels other than their’s. no lift so it’s not good for elders

it was right off the freeway.

my first room the smoke alarm was in need of a battery. so I told the front desk. had to walk there because there was no phone in my room. the staff then said “I’ll put you in a room but house cleaning missed a few rooms so if you will need another room you’ll have to come back.” so basically told me he was putting me in a dirty room. the mattress was allllll stained there was a fork on the floor. the mirror was extremely dirty. I will never stay again!

There was no breakfast despite it being included in the price. The receptionist said they would go to the shop and buy us donuts! They don’t do food at this hotel.

We didn’t stay and walked out in the end, the first room had a dirty toilet, creased and torn bed cover and there were people on the car park cleaning cars with a vacuum cleaner plugged into their room and wires all over the place. The second room offerred we couldn’t open the door and neither could staff so they used our key card and got into the room next door which was of great concern as security was clearly an issue, this room was no better than the first room so we went to an adjacent hotel and paid again to get a decent room fir the night. Totally disgusted and disappointed and had to pay twice as we could not stay at this hotel. A complete dump and way below standard. Do not stay here!

It was very dirty. Even towels looked dirty and had hair all over them.
