Such a great location, steps away from the beach, and shops, the view was amazing and the sunsets were stunning! We will definitely return.

We had a beautiful week. The condo had a few maintenance issues. Very comfortable place.

Had an awesome vacation. The room was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of dishes and things for us to be able to cook in our room. The Pool area was kept very clean. Check in process was fast and easy. We had one minor problem when we first arrived but it was handled within a half hour. Had an awesome time and cannot wait to return!

Everything about this property was outstanding. The furnishings and the location was perfect. The views of the gulf at sunset were outright exquisite. One could not ask for more!

The condo had plenty of room for our family of seven. Love the location, north of the main strip but still close enough to walk. The area was not crowded, the view was amazing, and the beach was beautiful! Pool was clean. Property was well-kept. There were plenty of linens, towels, and even beach towels for our family. Can't say enough good things about this great rental!

Property is a great front row seat to the sunset every night, beautiful beach, property was well maintained and property management was quick to address any issue. The property owner has clearly made a number of upgrades to the property I would suggest some attention be given to the second bath and perhaps some new cookware. We would happily return to this property any time we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This condo was everything our family of 8 required. Wished the small room with bunk beds would have had a closet or been just a bit bigger since we had older kids with us. It was within walking distance of many restaurants.

This property is in such a great location! Easy walking distance to restaurants, the marina, shops and the pier. Very clean condo stocked with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and umbrellas. I’d go back again!

The unit is dated, but hey you are at the beach. Would definitely rent it again.

Great place for our extended family to relax over spring break! Comfy beds and all the supplies you could need. Especially enjoyed the crock pot for an easy dinner on a busy day.

Wonderful place to stay......

This was the perfect condo! There were eight of us. Me, my husband, my 3 sons (23, 21 & 19), my two nephews (both 20) and my 4 year old granddaughter and this condo slept all of us comfortably. The condo is directly on the beach and since it's about a mile north of the pier, it's a little less crowded. The condo was equipped with all the pots and pans we needed for cooking and a gas grill outside which we cooked hamburger and hotdogs on one evening. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and washcloths. There were even a few brand new beach chairs available for use. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your condo! It was an absolute delight! We would love to stay there again soon!

The rental unit was great. Location on the beach was amazing, & less busy than further down the beach. Condo was fully equipped and as advertised.

We stayed at Surfside Condos #202 from March 4th - 18th, 2017. While the location of this beachfront condo is ideal, that is just about the only positive. This condo is in dire need of renovations and serious updating. From a sliding door to the balcony that doesn't lock (a wooden stick is provided to block the sliding door!), to a master bathroom that is straight out of a 1950's motel, leaky plumbing and all. From chipped and peeling paint to moldy grout and filthy baseboards. Not to mention hodgepodge furniture and lighting fixtures from the 70"s. No beach towels are provided. We are not being mean or elitist. We rented a similar condo last year in the sister building The Villas and that unit, although less expensive, was in excellent shape and decorated inexpensively but with good taste and obvious care. This unit 202 suffers from gross neglect, as if the owners know it will be rented anyways because of its location so why bother maintaining it. At the price they charge, that is inexcusable.

We had a multi-generation girls vacation with ages from 16 to 70+ and there was something for everyone. We could not come up with anything we would have changed. The condo has a well supplied kitchen if you want to do any cooking as well as a grill by the pool area. If you don't feel like cooking there are several fantastic restaurants within walking distance. There are plenty of beach supplies provided...chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys for kids, and towels. Great beach for sunsets, coral and shells. Our stay was in February and had a couple of cool windy days so we took advantage of the heated pool which is pretty secluded from the wind and still gets some sun. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves or just a few others. Overall...we would all highly recommend Surfside Condo 202 for a wonderful home away from home vacation. We loved Clearwater Beach and hope to return again.

Nice place to stay. Can hear the neighbors a bit, especially on the balcony and whenever they move chairs around above us. But still worth staying here.

My family of 5 stayed here for a week and I had booked thru Florida Beach rentals before with a different unit and was pleased with their ease of use with no hidden charges. The property is very spacious. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. We did use the barbecue grill several times. There are plenty of pots and pans for any meal you want to prepare. It is breathtaking to get up to a fresh brewed cup of coffee and sit out on the deck looking at the ocean. We watched the sunset each evening from the deck. There are beach toys to use, 4 beach towels, 6 beach chairs etc. We definitely plan on coming back to this condo some time in the near future. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

This condo was so comfy! We have made awesome memories this week. We've made many visits to the pool and beach! We collected seashells and watched a few beautiful storms,,, Wonderful memories in and out of this condo indeed!

We loved our time at the condo! We spent every morning on the balcony watching the waves. The sunsets are amazing too! The space was perfect for our families. The views were amazing and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We made all our meals here and had everything we needed! Thank you!

Overall, this is an excellent place that provides practically everything you can think of that you might need during your vacation experience. My family and I are amazed that we were able to find such a terrific place. The only thing that we could have used that isn't provided is a "handicapped" handle in the showers/bathtub because my Mom and aunts of are in their 80s and they've become used to having the extra security of those kinds of handles. This would have been icing on the cake of this beautiful place. If any of the rooms, then, could use a little updating, it would be the two bathrooms. New toilets and showers with these security handles would be a plus.

Not only was the condo way better than expected the staff was extremely supportive and nice to deal with. Our TV was out he first night n main living room only and they came and fixed it the next morning first thing. Very helpful when asking about directions and the aera.
