Lovely, secluded pool area with friendly staff, spacious and beautifully kept gardens. The reception help to book cars or give information about trips, always with a smile. Location is great with beach, restaurants, massages and local shops nearby. The room was simple but clean, big bathroom, and good for couples or small families.

The staff are very friendly but we felt there is a little lack of management, especially on the F&B side. Breakfast is fair, but not amazing. The one cocktail I tried by the pool was bad. There isn't much of an atmosphere about the place, but it's great for relaxing by the pool.

The property is older with large rooms. The pool area is nice and it is close to the downtown area of Nusa Dua

Big clean rooms, nice pool and good beach area. Shuttle service worked well. The hotel receptionist was lovely and helpful

Breakfast definitely needs to improve

Comfortable, clean, spacious room and peaceful location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Beach transfer was handy and beach area fairly well maintained. Hotel pool area nice. Breakfast was great as varied every day.

Had to wait longer one day for beach transfer as not enough room in vehicle. Beach bar not open until 11am so couldn’t get drink or food there if getting the early transport. Had to find other cafe which aren’t that close by and don’t deliver to your lounger.

Great hotel in old balinese style, it can feel a little outdated, but if you are looking for this particular style it is a really beautiful hotel. It feels quiet even when it is fully booked, because it is quite big. It has very beautiful gardens and the pool area is really beautiful. Breakfast was very good with enough food options (great pancakes). They provide a transfer to the beach at certain hours. The beach itself is not fantastic, but the hotel has a small beach club with drinks and some food options.

Rooms need some painting renovation.

Nice swimpool! The massage there was very good as well! The staff were very nice and friendly! The room was big and clean!

The restaurant food was acceptable, but not to our standard for a 4 star hotel.

The staff are always on hand to help and always happy, the pool area is lovely, we made good use of the pool table, the rooms are a really good size with a very good shower and there is a shuttle to the beach. There is also some good restaurants in a short walking distance from the hotel

Ideally located for golfers as the walk to Bali National Golf course is only 5 minutes. Nice quiet hotel with very large clean rooms. The pool is clean. Still Balinesey with hanging gardens etc. Food quite nice with restaurant near pool.

Nothing to complain about. Happy with the whole place.

The best part of the stay is the staff. They are very helpful and answers all your question with a smile. I also like that the room is very spacious.

Some parts of the hotel are a bit old, but I think it gives the hotel it's charm.

They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We had a late evening flight home. We were able to store our luggage with them, use the pool and finally use a hospitality room (free of charge) to get ready for our flight! There is a free shuttle bus to take you to the beach or to Bali Collection! Also the beach is private for hotel customers. The meals are very affordable and the 2 swimming pools are fabulous! The hotel was very restful and quiet. Wonderful and friendly staff.

it is a beautiful property, like a super big villa with beautiful pool and well maintained garden. the room is huge and grand with a spacious bathroom and decent size balcony. the staffs are super kind and all smiles, especially the ladies at the reception, they are just outstanding!! the nice litte private beach with daily shuttle every 2 hours is so perfect. great value for money.

i feel that this property could have an update and refreshment in few items. it feels “dated” and gloom, and we understand the covid hits Bali tourism hard. we can feel that they’re not fully bounced back from that by not so many staff around, variety in the breakfast. we went to pool in the morning, and up until late evening our used towel is still lying there without any staff collecting it. some corridors we see haven’t been mopped for few days because we keep seeing the dead butterfly on the same spot for 3 days. the pool could be little cleaner as well. but apart from that, we enjoyed the stay 🙂

breakfast was cold most days. toilet doors didn't shut properly in our room which was one of the best rooms. there was no information in rooms for room service.

Very cosy and beautiful hotel, really nicely arranged pool area. Far from the beach but they provide free transfer to the beach 4 times a day - where you get sunbed with mattress and beach towel. Nice beach there, water is not clean but it is a common theme on Bali. Beach is much quieter there with smaller waves as it is hidden by peninsula. Room is spacious and has everything you need. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided daily. Buffet breakfast - was good but nothing special. You can find some nice places to eat not far away as well as convenient stores. 3 min away from hotel you can buy sim card

WiFi was almost not working at all. It was poorly working only at the pool area but not in the room. It was ok for us as we bought local sim card.

it was not clean the fridge was not working the reception is not responding when you call zero it was extremely bad stay,don't recommend at all

First of all, manage your expectation: this is an older hotel in traditional Balinese style. So if you’re looking for ultra luxurious design or modern youthful hotel, this is not it. Having said that, this hotel is an excellent value of money. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable bed and aircon that works, beautiful Balinese furniture and decor, big bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, nice pools. A shuttle bus will take you to the private beach and nearby restaurants/shops. Didn’t use the gym or the restaurant, so can’t say anything about that.

*Not sure how to explain this, but the closet in the bedroom smells like ‘old wood’? (but other than that, all furnitures work fine). *I would welcome an update of the fridge and faucet in the bathroom (although again, they still function alright). *There is no restroom or change room at the beach club, and I’d wish the staff would actively and continuously remove thrash from the beach (sometimes debris will drift from the sea). Pretty sure they can handle more than just handing out beach towels.

We stayed here for 1 days as we had a lovely relaxing time. The pool is set in a lovely setting , we went to the beach club a few times as well again brilliant setting and people. We check-in quite late at 9.30pm and the hotel restaurant had closed. The receptionist has helped us ordering online food. It was indeed an immense help. The staff are truly kind.

Breakfast is not so fantastic. As we can see flies on the food.
