Excellent friendly staff and close to shops and resort centre.

The road noise during the day.

On arrival we were met by a lovely member of staff (female, can't remember her name sorry) who was very welcoming. Our room was very clean with everything we needed provided. The roof top pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun beds and a lovely seating area. The location was perfect - we could walk to all of the many restaurants and bars available and it was also a short walk to the beach.

The only criticism was the fact that the balcony to our room (201) was facing a building site and there was some noise from the work being carried out there. Not a fault of the apartment block but not the best view from our balcony!

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. A spar shop opposite the hotel which was handy. All staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, very quiet, never struggled for a sun lounger as we was the only ones up there most days. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels provided.

Very loud noise from people outside late a night. Also the rubbish bins being emptied and the street cleaners could be heard from our room between 3am - 5am daily. We would stay here again however would take ear plugs.

The person who was at the reception was amazing giving us the welcome and recommending places and nice restaurants.

The cleaning ladies came too early to clean.

centrally located, very clean. apartment spacious and well equipped. lovely sun roof, quiet when we visited had the pool to ourselves most days, but unsure how busy it gets in height of season.

had booked through booking.com and advertised gym, however when we got there, gym is no longer available. this does show on hotels own website but not others. son slightly disappointed but did not affect my stay!

There was no breakfast. The cafe/restaurant was closed from 22nd December and does not open again until 9th January.

We were very disappointed that the cafe/restaurant was closed as we had seen it online and would have used it a lot as it looked very good value for money.

It was very noisy in the mornings

the front desk staff were very helpful in answering our queries and helping us. the location of e hotel is very good too. near to beach yet cannot hear partying sound

the room is not clean. the floor has a layer of sea water remnants over it so it’s abit grimey to step on. there was no soap provided. the bed and pillows r too soft

excellent location close to the marina and local bars, restaurants and beach. some great local bars particularly Project Social for food and cocktails. Apartment was cleaned daily. Pool area was quite during our stay and although basic there were always sun loungers available and pool was good for a quick swim and cool down. if your looking for an apartment in a good location and are ok to not have all the thrills this place is ideal.

Location, Very good. Near beach, shops, and Restaurants. Easy to get around. Staff all excellent . Poole ok looking. but looking a little tired.. Beds need to be a bit more comfortable . To soft.

The location is perfect and it has the added bonus of a pool if you don't fancy the beach!
