O pequeno-almoço era bastante completo. Os funcionários muito prestáveis.

De uma forma geral não há nada negativo a apontar. A música por vezes parecia demasiado alta nas refeições.

This is a stunning hotel. The staff demonstrated incredible attention to detail and above-and-beyond customer service. The restaurant has excellent food. The spa facilities were clean, and there was great availability. There is underground parking available. The location is perfect for easy access by car and for exploring the city on foot!

Terrible staff quality all around. we did not get greeted at the door, did not get helped promptly, no help with bags, the restaurant staff took forever to get our orders and bring out food. No spa reservations, no late check out. No exaggeration, it was the worst five star experience of my life. would not recommend.
