Very clean cottage and resort.

This property was a great stay! Close to downtown, very clean and organized and the check in process was easy. We stayed with our 4 year old, 2 year old and 1 year old. They are into EVERYTHING. The decor here was beautiful but if you have small ones who are little investigators you may need to move a lot of the decor up to higher places! There is a playground on site with a family/kids pool and plenty of covered picnic tables. The trolley that takes you around the conplex was convenient and a fun activity for the kids.

My family and I comes to Wells every year for our vacation. This is our first time staying in Summer Village and we are so happy we switched here! This property is spacious enough for a family of 4 with two young kids like us and we had my Mother in Law and it was still enough space. This feels like a “home” and not like a cottage. Exceptionally clean. We loved the trolley rides too! We will be back-Kathleen was FANTASTIC to work with!

Traveling with small children we are all about the convenience - and the cottage was a perfect stay for that. Location is great, so many restaurants, grocery stores, shops within a 20 minute radius. Complex is perfect for families with several pools, a playground, quiet roads so we didn’t have to worry about traffic. It is very buggy though- unfortunately we couldn’t spend much time in the yard bc we were getting eaten alive. The house itself was plenty big for the 4 of us - great kitchen with plenty of supplies. Very well decorated and comfortable bedrooms. Love having laundry available. I will note that the listing says Apple TV and there isn’t one available - we like to log into our streaming apps for the kids so we would have brought ours had we known but we made due with their iPad. Overall a great vacation to end summer!

This property is beautiful and wonderfully appointed. You can see the care and love the owners put into their home away from home. It was a perfect place to stay for our vacation and we hope to return!
