Superb location, helpful staff, great location and clean.

We last stayed at the property 2 years ago and it looks like it hasn't been painted since then which was a surprise with the majority of the UK being in Lockdown during that period. We also last time we stayed suggested that the host should put non-slip mats in both the En-suite & Main bathroom as this was a safety issue but they hadn't been put in Also the previous occupant hadn't washed up a large part of the plates/cups/glasses etc so we had to spend the first part of our stay putting everything through the dishwasher...one of the plates had been put in the cupboard with remnants of dry food still on it!!! We probably wouldn't be staying again if things remain the same.....it wasn't the cheapest option we could have taken in Edinburgh for our stay so we expected a lot more than what we actually got

Location was excellent, apartment was immaculate and had everything for a very comfortable stay. Very roomy & comfortably furnished. Shahid was an excellent host, communication with him was excellent & accommodated our requests. Would have no hesitation in booking the apartment again. We visited the zoo for Spooktacular & taxi collected us from front of the building. Also visited Our Dynamic Earth which is just across the road, excellent when you have a toddler in the group.

Property is in need of r&m (minor repairs, painting etc). Doesn’t have the edge of quality the price paid demands.

Location and parking were great. No hassle at all getting keys and owner very easy to contact and deal with.

The beds were a little small but we're quite a tall family so they're likely fine for most that's just a minor gripe.

Lovely clean place which was walking distance to most places.

None of the wine glasses matched 2x white 1xRed 1xdessert wine so I think need replacing Also no measuring jug which I think you need But most importantly it is essential you put a rubber bath mat in the main bathroom as it is dangerous when you are getting out of the shower or Bath
