Kind host, cute room and venue, clean, comfortable. very satisfied.

We did't manage to find the place at first becauce google maps show a little different location. The day of our arrival we recieved bunch of photos, information and tips, so we did it eventualy. Our host was very helpful from the begining to the end of our stay. The property was cozy and clean. We also recieved a small present- that was a very kind gesture. We genuinaly enjoyed our stay.

Value for money to stay there. Room was big , location was very good if you have a car and the parking is behind of the building. Christian was so kind and every night was light the candles to have atmosphere ❤️

Cristian was an incredible kind host and gave a lot of information about Lucca. There is a small garden in which you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. The property is very clean as Cristian cleans it very regularly. The house is in a quiet street and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again if I return to Lucca.

Cristian, the host was really welcoming, funny and humour pushed. My room and bathroom were looking really cleaned and well-kept. The place also has a small garden in the front to chill when needed. Also, the location was really strategic, just like 10 minutes from the old town with public transports (the bus stop is literally in front of luce) or 20 minutes walking. I’d really recommend this place! Was never expecting this! Also, the price is really convenient and cheap given the quality of the house! Thanks Cristian

Great location, clean, comfortable.

The room with private bathroom, has a bathroom in the hall. It is not shared, and it's two steps away, but not in the room itself. You can hear everything from the other rooms in the building.

Cristian is a great host and his property is always neat and clean.

Fantastic host with many tips. The location close to the main sights was excellent, as was free parking even after we checked out.

The host Christian is great and make you feel like at home. He gave me a warm welcome and explained the city and the main attractions of Lucca.

It's a bit far from the historic center, but it is on the via Francigena way.
