The location was good with walking access to the market, bus stop and taxi stand. Common room has access to games

The rooms are claustrophobic with way too many people sharing the room and poor ventilation. Basic amenities like soap are lacking in washing area. Some toilets were broken and need repair for use. Cleaning frequency should be increased given too many people are sharing facilities. Did not find tea/coffee which was mentioned as an available service.

Amazing environment. I love the decorations made by the property, really shows that they care about our experiences there.

They were having sanitization on the dorms near me which I was staying in. However, I had no issues with it.

Love the look of the place. Great staff and I also enjoyed the environment alot :)

privacy in capsules

- when you book, you see price + 6% tax, when you arrive hostel charges you extra 10 MYR per night extra tax. this should be included in the price. it’s absolutely unacceptable. it’s cheating. - poor WiFi, electricity and break down, narrow space between capsules

It was a really friendly place to stay I had a fantastic time staying here. The staff were great, fun and friendly too.
