Premier Pool King Room with Balcony - the room was spacious, clean and well appointed - the balcony was a good size - the bathroom had a waterfall shower. The breakfast was varied and nutritious - the breakfast room was clean and mostly quiet. The reception staff were polite and helpful.

The property demands a mandatory 10% service charge on everything - EVEN THE ROOM !! When asked why it was necessary to pay a service charge on the room, reception had no answer !! (they suggested for the room being cleaned !!) The mandatory 10% service charge is only revealed on confirmation of the booking - consequently the room rate as advertised (and for comparison with other hotels) is artificially reduced to make the hotel appear more affordable than it actually is !! The main photo suggests a beach resort - however there is NO BEACH !! The location is 'out of town' - taxis are required for any 'out of hotel' experiences !! The main restaurant hosts a buffet every night (for guests and locals) - if you just want a 'lite bite', the alternative eating place is the hotel bar, which is dark and vacuous !!

Breakfast choices . The fact that they provided gluten free options made it better for me .

The location was excellent, good parking space and friendly staff.

The air-conditioning in our room was not satisfying, it was not cold enough although after we set at 16°c

Price is reasonable, seaview is nice and kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

The rooms are little bit old, it seems it doesn't renovate for a while.

The stuff is very nice and friendly, the pool and garden nice and relaxing, the food is good too (try the vegan Laksa!).

The food in the menu is not marked right and propperly. If you have any allergies please tripple check what is really inside your ordered dish!
