Room is quite big.

Room has a musty smell. No toothbrush was provided. Tv doesn't work. Can't load anything. Receptionist informed due to wifi speed. In my opinion hotel should have ensured data quota is sufficient & not provide a tv if it doesn't really works.

Wifi, televisyen reception - almost no reception and cant watch tv from room 4011. Parking facilities.

The location was excellent. Dead-center in the city.

We rented a car, with NO nearby place to park it. We had to use a next-door hotel's parking service instead. It would be really nice if the Imperial Riverbank Hotel could make some special arrangments with nearby parking services to facilitate their own guests.

Great location. a very good quality 3 Star I would say. Huge bedroom and bed although mattress a little hard. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was poor.

Need a proper coffee machine for breakfast and the pastries weren’t good. The breakfast was the only negative and could be so easily improved with some scrambled egg and nice patties.

The staff were excellent. I checked in late evening and hadn’t changed any MYR yet. as the room was already paid, they were fine with me paying the Tourist Tax the following day after I exchanged money.

The hotel was very dated, and the elevators were very old and the noises they made seemed like they weren’t maintained the best.

The location is perfect as in the town centre, but, not enough parking lot available except only few in front of the hotel.
