Appalling management skills by the manager on arrival. Extremely rude and unhelpful. The only staff member who tried to help was a young boy named Leon as he could see how useless and unfair the manager was. Unlikely to rebook or recommend this hotel

Top Lage, zentral alles in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Wir haben ein ruhiges Zweibett-Zimmer (nicht zur Clubseite) gewünscht und das auch erhalten. Nachtruhe steht und fällt aber klar mit den Nachbaren. Sehr bequeme Betten. Beim erneuten Check-in erwartete uns eine Welcome back Karte mit netten Zeilen auf dem Zimmer - eine sehr aufmerksame Geste, voelen Dank! Preis-/Leistung gut (wir hatten kein Frühstück).

Für auf die Toilette musste man sich um die Badezimmertüre und zwischen dem Lavabo durchschlängeln > wohl eine bauliche Fehlkonstruktion, welche in einem anderen Zimmer mit einer Schiebetür gelöst wurde. Wenige Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Tücher im Bad; ein paar Haken wären dienlich.

空港バス停にも近く、有名な観光地は、徒歩でも行けます。部屋も広くて窓も大きくメインストリートがよく見えました。チェックインのときの女性スタッフが、私を見かけたら声かけて頂いたのが、嬉しかったです。

シャワーのお湯がぬるかった事と、エアコンが冷風しか出なかったので困りました。スタッフに言ったら、熱いお湯が出ました。ストーブ出して頂きました。

La ubicación es perfecta, el personal te ayuda en todo momento, la habitación no es muy grande pero está correcta, el desayuno genial, es un hotel perfecto para disfrutar de Dublín.

A equipe do hotel é ótima, conta com muitos brasileiros (na recepção, bar, restaurante) e todos fora muitos simpáticos. A Hellen do bar é uma querida. Todos deveriam tomar um drink no bar para saber o que é realmente ser bem atendido por alguém.

O quarto era bem pequeno e pouco iluminado (não havia luz central), mas mesmo assim em geral foi tranquilo.

The room was very small. No space to move round - not possible to sit and use the mirror beside kettle and tea etc. No main lights. Nowhere to put cases. Second night was noisy.

Uno de los dias de mi estancia sono la alarma de incendios 4 veces, a las 4:30 de la madrugada, bajamos todos a recepcion. Nadie nos explicó que pasó. Al bajar por las escaleras habia muchos colchones en la planta primera apilados en la pared. Moqueta en todo el hotel, incluídas escaleras

Habitación cómoda y muy completa, tenía todo lo necesario. Además el baño era de gran tamaño. La atención del personal siempre fue muy buena y con disposición de ayudarnos en nuestras dudas.

The Academy is an ideal, affordable, luxurious hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre. Walking distance to most transport options, buses, taxis, luas etc. The staff are very knowledgable and will go out of their way to help when needed. The rooms were spacious and affordable with nice finishing touches like local Bewleys tea bags and coffee in each room.

The hotel bar closes early in the night where you are unable to get some ice or a late drink or even a soft drink for the evening. We have stated a number of times and enjoyed the rooms being positioned close to one another, however the double room on the 5th floor was very cold and there was a humming continuing which made it a little more difficult to go to sleep.

Zimmer waren sauber, ruhig und vernünftig ausgestattet. Personal war sehr freundlich. Super Lage.

Die Duschkabine ist doch relativ klein. Außerdem war der Griff auf der Innenseite des Badezimmers kaputt und das Schloss entsprechend auch.

The hotel was clean , exceptional decor , friendly staff , everything you could ask for, the location was very central, so ideal as a base for a weekend break .

The only thing that let it down was in the morning the housekeeper knocked on the door but only waited a second before answering the door. We were dressed and ready to go but could have been awkward if one of us was getting changed etc

Although the room was quite small it served our purpose. Great breakfast. Check in time is far to late in day, 4 o’clock and still room not ready so that was disappointing. We had just flown in and we’re tired…. Hoped we could have an early check in

The loud pub outside our window. We couldn’t sleep with the window open because it was so loud.

Location is great, although a lot of homeless people around the hotel in the late evenings, it does not create insecurity. Great Breakfast as always in Ireland

As everywhere in Dublin the prices are high for what you get. Hard to find a better ratio though.

Exceptionally clean, lovely food and great location. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was excellent, buffet with full array of choices bacon, eggs, sausages, rolls, jam, butter, tea, coffee, fruit etc. Including freshly prepared individual big bowl of porridge.

Location. The hotel restaurant is ok for a rainy evening. Even if there is a sports bar nearby the windows were quite soundproof.

Bathroom totally unpractical. Difficult to use shower. Nowhere to dry towels. Odd hairdryer.
