Lovely modern, spacious villa with beautiful warm pool and private gardens. It has all mod cons (although could perhaps do with a more modern sound system and smart tv, but we didn’t miss those having taken ipads and bluetooth speakers) and is well appointed. The main part town is walkable in 20 mins. We did that a few times, but it’s not a great road when walking with a pushchair as we did so we tended to get ubers either way, which are readily available and only cost €3 or so. We’d very much like to return in the near future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

House is so well equipped , owner is on hand every second of the rental by email . It was a winter stay Christmas new year week , weather was glorious . Just to note there are only two en-suite there is a third bathroom but it would act as a communal bathroom for the bedroom off the dining room and the second twin bed room which is down the passage between the two suites . That is the only thing we didn’t pick up on the site . It’s fine if you have little children but 4 couples sharing it would be something you need to be comfortable with . The kitchen is FANTASTIC most well equipped rental we have had . Property is very secure and a dead easy walk to the beach and restaurants 😊

Grandparents to two 17 months old, but so many different areas to hide and read a book. The pool was a big hit with the babies, so glad we had the heating option. My days were happy just there, however I was dragged to carvoeiro on a boat trip and Alvor, which were lovely. But if you need a rest just stay put in the beautiful villa.

The villa is perfect! The gardens are beautiful, views and sunset from the roof terrace are stunning and our holiday was amazing!! The centre has lovely bars and restaurants which are about a 30 minute walk but taxis are available and reasonable if you don’t like walking. The beach is also beautiful. I’d definitely recommend this villa to others.

Myself and 5 young people had a wonderful stay at the villa . It was a great layout and the pool and roof terrace were incredible and well used by the whole family. The courtyard was a great feature and we enjoyed many evening dining at the villa and also in carvoeira. I would highly recommend a stay and hope to return in the future. 6 of us enjoyed a fabulous week at this amazing property. Lisa was helpful throughout and the house was so well equipped with tasteful decor and felt like home from home with everything you could need rather than a rented villa. . The grounds were large and well kept , good sized pool and everything was of high quality and immaculately clean. Our two families tried hard to think of any negatives and could only come up with the fact there was no olive oil salt or pepper ! And maybe a small welcome pack with milk etc would have been a nice touch but other than that, really could not fault the place and we were very happy here. The walk to town is 25 minutes to the centre and you have to go up and down a hill before getting to the cliff top but we didn’t mind walking off too much food and drink . Ubers were easy and cheap enough and we managed without a car, the local Spar supermarket being 20 min walk. All in all , a brilliant villa and I am sure we will be back, thank you very much

Great property, in a quiet area, the photos do not really do the property justice. Very clean and well looked after. the owner Lisa was very helpful in providing tips on the local area, and communication was excellent prior to the holiday. Would definitely go back!

This is our 4th time staying in a villa in Portugal and I can honestly say it was one of the best. Lisa (the owner) was so helpful right from the start and was also on hand if we had any questions. The villa housed our family of 8 for 2 weeks, we love the location as Carvoeiro Is so laid back with beautiful scenery and people. The villa’s layout was perfect, all on one level with a lovely centre courtyard for BBQs, beautiful garden and the pool was perfect. It’s the warmest pool we have ever had, our boys stayed in it all day without feeling cold. The bedrooms are all lovely, comfy beds and the bathrooms are of a hotel/spa quality. They have recently had a brand new kitchen, very modern and spacious. We can’t fault the villa at all, they even have toys and a table tennis table for the kids/adults. Thank you again Lisa for allowing us into your beautiful villa, we hope to come back again soon.

Esta ha sido nuestra primera experiencia en este tipo de vacaciones, ya que siempre habíamos estado en hotel, y la verdad es que lo hemos pasado de maravilla. Hemos disfrutado al máximo de la casa, ya que es muy cómoda y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para disfrutar al máximo y como no, también lo hemos hecho con la piscina y los hermosos jardines. Nos ha encantado la experiencia así que la repetiremos y por supuesto la recomendamos.

Très belle villa bien située au calme avec un grand terrain très bien aménagé. Chambres spacieuses avec belles salles de bains. Terrase ombragée avec un peu de vent qui permet de ne jamais avoir trop chaud. La piscine est grande et idéale pour les petits enfants et la famille. Les petits de trois ans ont pied sur 3 mètres. Un très bel endroit. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Il manque la télé avec des programmes en français pour les petits.

I travelled to this villa will all age groups from a 20month old to a 77year old it catered for all age groups - plenty of seating areas. The villa had lots of little extras which absolutely made our stay so special. We could not find any fault the rooms / pool area / seating areas / roof top sunbathing & views / draws of added extras / beautiful quiet location we walked to the town & got an Uber back for around 4 euros - Christina the cleaner again cleaning around my grandsons toys - wonderful lady - the pool room full of fun items & outstanding gardens we picked some lemons for our drinks - def returning to this villa how could be not - special thanks to Lisa who always responded within 24hours to any questions & was really supportive - we used yellow fish taxis from the airport again great experience. Highly recommended

This was our second time back to this villa and it was exactly as last year, perfect - instant relaxation upon arrival. The villa is well maintained and clean, the pool and gardens immaculate. We hope to return next year.

We have just finished our stay in this beautiful house and we are sorry we did not book for a further week. The house is just fantastic, spacious, with all the facilities families may need. It is exactly what you see in the pictures. We have fallen in love with it.

We have just returned from our second stay at this amazing villa. Just like the first time it did not disappoint in anyway. The villa itself is absolutely outstanding. Beautiful inside & out & very clean. The gardens surrounding the villa are huge and very well kept, very pretty. The villa has everything you need for a fantastic family holiday and is only a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre which is also beautiful & quaint with some outstanding restaurants. Thank you again to Lisa the owner who is very friendly & helpful with any queries we had. We will definitely be looking to book again as like the last trip we once again did not want to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a lovely spacious villa. it comes very well equipped with everything you need. There are lots of sitting areas inside and out, the upstairs terrace was particularly enjoyable in the early morning or late evening. The garden is large and beautifully planted and the pool is great. The location is good, very quiet but within walking distance of Carvoeiro town (20-25 minutes). Highly recommended.

we arrived and we were blown away with the garden.The rooms were spacious,beds were comfy and clean and good location within the house.Th epictures do not do this villa justice.It was serene and private ! The pool was within view of the kitchen so we could see the kids while cooking. The cleaning service was great .We want to take the gardereners back home as they were so respectful of the guests and maintained the area so well. Lisa is amazing and approachable as was the management company. We are looking forward to having it again next year !!!

An excellent, welcoming villa in a quiet location. The heated pool is superb too. Easy to get to Carvoiero plus the golf courses at Gramacho and Vale de Pinta are very close by. The rooftop terrace provides stunning views over to the sea.

Another excellent stay at this fantastic villa. The location is perfect - just on the outskirts of Carvoeiro and a very short walk from the tennis club. The villa is very well maintained and immaculately clean and the garden is beautiful. Can't wait to go back!

Really loved the week we spent at the property. There were two families (with small kids) in our party, and the property worked amazingly well. We found the central courtyard really useful to let us keep an eye on the kids wherever they were, while each family had plenty of room. Really well presented property (photos don't show how large it is) and the overall site is very big - really large garden, and the rooftop terrace was lovely. Pool was lovely, with a ton of pool toys which our kids loved. Small set of toys and kids books are also available which was helpful. Would definitely recommend this property. Its about a 10 min drive into Carvoeiro, so is a very quiet setting which suited us. Car would be essential for the location. Highly recommended, and we would hope to come back some time again!

We have had an amazing two week holiday staying in this villa. It is really spacious with lovely gardens and a fantastic pool. We had 2 families sharing and the villa was really well equipped and had plenty of space for everyone. There are lots of lovely places around the villa both inside and out to relax in and we made really good use of the bbq. It is in a great location for exploring the lovely beaches nearby and for a great choice of lovely restaurants. Will definitely return for another holiday.

This villa is amazing!! It is absolutely huge and gorgeous inside. The massive gardens are just stunning and the pool is a great size too! We went as 2 families sharing, 8 of us in total and we were never on top of each other. Lots of different areas to sit and relax so you don't feel like you are stuck in the same place. We had bbqs just about every day in the peaceful courtyard. We went for 9 days and probably stayed in more than we went out as you have everything you need! We go on holiday to different places every year and we all said this was the best holiday we have ever had. Nobody wanted to come home. We will definitely be booking up again! I can't recommend it enough, thank you!

Exceptionally clean, well laid out, and beautifully furnished villa. This was our third stay in the villa and we will definitely be returning again next year. The villa is perfectly situated in Carvoeiro Clube, close to the tennis club and a short drive away from some of the Algarve's best beaches. Our favourites are Caneiros and Praia Grande both within a 5 to 10 minute drive of the villa. The villa itself is well equipped and has the most stunning garden - much larger than most of the villas in the surrounding area - and there are amazing sea views from the roof terrace. We highly recommend this villa.

What a fabulous place this is! It was perfect for our 2 families sharing. It has a contemporary feel and beautiful bathrooms. The spacious layout around a central courtyard meant that we all had our own space but we were able to come together in all the lovely communal areas. You can dine on the terrace or bbq in the courtyard and enjoy sundowners on the roof terrace. The pool is a great size with a shallow end and it is heated to a perfect temperature. There is a large private garden with a trampoline which was fun for the kids as well as table tennis in the garage. We loved being able to walk to the tennis club and go for lovely clifftop walks. There are many beaches, towns and restaurants to explore in the area so it's worth renting a car if you can drag yourself away from your sun lounger. We will definitely return.
