The staff were lovely and very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable - the bathroom in particular was really spacious and nicely decorated, the breakfast was tasty, overall a really good experience.

A tea/coffee maker was advertised in the standard rooms but we didn't have one, only one bedside table was awkward for the person without one.

This is our third time in Maison Marsil...and we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Koln. The location is superb, the rooms and breakfast are great and the host really good!

Very clean and the scent of the toiletries, detergent and cleaning products was very nice. The room was very clean and so were the common spaces.

The induction plate in the kitchen didn’t react to the press of any button. There’s an entire booklet about the hotel style in the room, but no instructions how to use the induction plate or wifi password. Sure you can ask the reception for directions, but it would be nicer if they would proactively provide them. It feels a bit like the advertised information is only for topics interesting to the hotel owners, rather than beneficial for the hotel guests.

Very kind staff, very clean room, good location. It was a pity that my stay in Köln was very short, but I would love to stay at this hotel again. It was really great.

There was some noise from boisterous guests in the hostel next door and from toddlers running around in the room above us. Not the fault of Maison Marsil staff.

Lovely clean Hotel Staff were more than accommodating, Lovely lady who checked us in. Breakfast was excellent, good choice and all fresh.
