4 families with infants, it was clean and easy to access. A completely fenced of back yard and nice outdoor space meant we could enjoy the sunshine while the kids played. Good sized living spaces, never felt cramped. Overall just perfect.

Although the weather didn’t really cooperate, we only got to snowboard 3 days out of 8, this property has a great central location meaning we were easily able to entertain ourselves with everything else Wanaka has to offer. Property was clean and comfortable. Would happily recommend. Thanks for having us!

Great for families. Plenty of space and a fully fenced back yard to relax in. Walking distance to all of Wanaka. Close to supermarket, good coffee and lake.

Well equipped house located a stones throw from the town centre and lake. Short walk to the supermarket and lake for a swim. Lovely outdoor area for dining and reading outside. Lots of space in the double garage for car or gear. Room for a boat to park. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great property in Wanaka - awesome location, really well appointed with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Great drying room for skiing in the winter. Loved being able to walk everywhere. Owner really good to deal with. Highly recommended.

Very handy, short walk to central Wanaka and lakefront, so super location. 2 queens beds, 3rd double bed is a bunk bed and not very comfortable. Better for kids than adults.

We will definitely stay here again: it was perfect, even better than we thought it would be based on the information available. The rooms were all very comfortable, the kitchen ideal for making big meals for a large group, the dining area lovely (candles were a nice touch, thank you!), the grill was awesome, everything functioned perfectly from tv to heat to rice cooker and blender. And to top it all off, the location could not be better.

This wonderful Wanaka house has all the amenities needed for your holiday - 2 minute walk to central township, off street parking, double garage, spacious living both inside and out and all the kitchen utensils any one would require.
Communication with Ron has been so easy throughout.

We never wanted to leave! A home away from home.
A perfect home base for some excellent days skiing. The house is lovely and warm and the heat pump means more time in the evening spent getting the mulled wine heated up than trying to light a fire. We loved the location! When I suggested to my wife we will walk down and collect our rental skiis she gave me a dark look, but boy was she happy when the walk took less than two minutes! :-) I sincerly hope we'll be back one day.
